only 4 of 6 boxes were delivered. contacted Home Depot 3 times re: status of 2 missing boxes before they finally put in an issue ticket, but it's been a week and still haven't heard back

The instructions are lame and hard to follow. My tip is to print out the parts list and write the drill sizes and spacing in red, then stick it in your pocket. I put the PDF on my phone and had to scroll through it dozens of times. I was unable to mount the roof panels on the 12" marks because they were too wide and had to trim the last one with tin snips while standing on a ladder. It was no fun. I actually like the product but had a few too many problems.

was fairly easy to install. (of course it would have gone better with 2 people). missed one important step.... marking every 12" before starting. mine came out uneven so I had to get creative to finish it. All-in-all it was and is a good deal. I like it so far. Waiting to see how well it weathers.

I fell in love with this patio cover but unfortunately I found out that I was unable to get a permit for it since the company will not give you an NOA to preset to the building department and without that they will not issue one.

I had it installed by licensed contractors and they had a hard time figuring out the instructions. However, we all agree it is better looking and more solid than it looks in photos. Made from Aluminum which makes it light and strong…better than expected..and Home Depot delivered it to my home! Love it!

The instructions are hard to follow

No paper instructions, internet video was ok but it does not let you know that you really need 3 or 4 people to put it together. I love to end product BUT it together is ridiculous!!!!!

Took my wife and I over 3 full days to assemble. Would have been half the time if there were decent instructions! The instructions skip several important steps. Plus, you have to drill almost every hole yourself. I would not recommend this!

it turned out absolutley beautiful . However there were no instructions with it. I was so proud I showed it to all my neighbors.

It’s great but the patio attachment rail was 2 feet short so we had to cut down to a 20 foot roof

No instructions available, had to rely on YouTube from other mfg. material(roof) was to thin!

It took about two afternoons for my wife and I to put this together. The longest part of it was simply trying to figure out the directions. As many others have said the directions are AWFUL. We ended up googling the cover and found different instructions online that were much more helpful, but still terrible. Once we managed to figure them out, putting the actual structure together was not difficult, just time consuming. I am a mechanic and my wife is a stay at home mom, and we were able to complete it in two days. No contractors are needed as some people seem to suggest.

Great product,easy to assemble very sturdy, put it up in 8 hours with 2 people .everything was in the kit it was a great experience

Home Depot and the delivery was great. Cover went right upwith only a few glitches. Only complaint I had was having to go Online to get dumb instructions!

As said several other times in the reviews, the Instructions aren’t the best. However, I was able to email the manufacturer with specific questions about the installation and they got back to me within an hour (during normal business hours.). The instructions should be easily Interpreted by someone who by trade is either a carpenter or contractor. The functionality of this product is 5 stars. I only knock it down to 4 because I had to send a few emails to get clarification on installation steps. If you’re curious about reading the installation guide beforehand, go to Integra’s website and view their pdf. From Start to finish, expect to spend about 6-8 hours on this project. I have recommended this to friends

The panels were not all drilled, the fascias (front and side were of different size) the manufacturer has been contacted. The issue hasn’t been resolved. Very unhappy about it.

Meets our expectations as far as material. Only issues is the written instructions on how to install are not easy to follow. Also saw recommended in tools does not work on cutting support poles to a desired height.

The patio cover arrived almost a week sooner that promised and so we got it up in time for a bbq under cover for a weekend rain shower. I am 76 years old and with the help of a younger man we were able to have the entire 10X18 cover finished in about 6 hours. When done I was pleased with the way it looked, it looked very "clean" and well finished. I do think it would have been prudent of the company to have increased the price by a few dollars if needed to have put an instruction book in with the kit. I don't know but if someone ordered this product and did not have a good printer how they would ever be able to assemble the kit.
