I Installed a 16x8 last week & the instructions were not very detailed but I powered through & probably the hardest issue was figuring out how long to cut my poles as I have a dirt ground instead of the perfect concrete or wood already in place. This took 4 days to install due to this issue but this looks amazing. I will be installing another on the same builing soon.

come 5 boxes, 2 boxes damaged already, need to return it, and make my job delay too long.

We needed a patio cover for a new door we installed off a bedroom, for the sun was so bright in the morning hours and this did the trick. We already had a brick paver patio.

I bought it to replace a sun shade awning that was basically useless….Arrived on time and I had it professionally installed. I just love sitting under it in the rain

Survived a Category 5 Hurricane - IAN on Oct 28, 2022. Was told this product was not rated for Florida or hurricanes. It survived unscathed. My neighbors lanai and pool cage blew away. This held up. Great product

We love the patio cover! It arrived on time and intact. The material is high quality and the patio was relatively easy to install. The instructions were a bit vague, but Bill from the Integra customer service was extremely helpful and responsive. He answered all of my questions every step of the way. So don't be afraid to reach out to their customer service via email! The patio cover is holding up well, and it has been nearly a year since we installed it. It has met all of our expectations!

Very nice awning! This was put up by my son and nephew and they did a great job. They set it up in two days with out to many problems. It is very nice to go outside on our patio now and be covered from the sun and rain. The rain does sound good when it is hitting the top of the awning and will put you to sleep. The awning is very well built and should last a long time.

I bought 5 of these in various sizes. I found the installation to be fairly easy. I did most everything by myself except for anchoring the posts. You really need a friend to make sure everything is square. On a scale of 1-5, the instructions were a 3. I wish there was an installation video on YouTube. When attaching the roofing panels together, make sure you start at either end and not the middle. I didn't use the flashing as that puts holes in the roofing panels. No leaks.

These patio covers are great. The directions are a little difficult to figure out. You’ll need a friend to help. We did the 22’ cover in 6 hours.

I installed one in July 2020. It still looks great. Just bought #2. We had a 70 MPH wind event recently and the patio cover didn't rattle or make any flapping noises. My only complaint was during installation as the roof panels are hard to interlock.

Love the product. Directions were hard to understand. Turned out beautiful.

It was not pre cut and not ready to assemble. The roof needs to be cut in order to fit.

We bought 2 of these and put together to get 40 ft length,we needed 16 ft out but they they work good and look good. It took 2 of us approx 4 days and we had 2 extra people to help it stand when we added the 2 together. its a lot of pieces, screwing in screws and caulking , but he picked this one because me and him could do it and it was no heavy pieces. We have added drain pipe to each end. It really makes our patio a lot better to sit on. (pics do not show drain pipe added) I haven't taken any pics since these. We put 2 post closer where we split one and added to each side of cover. It is sturdier when finished than you think in beginning. Thank you

Looks good, sturdy, and pretty much well-engineered, BUT: There was a serious problem with the panel width. “Keep the panels within the 12" " , nearly impossible to do in a straighforward fashion; they are all too wide to install without strong squeezing while trying to drive the screws. Enough force is required to cause the panels to separate. I still had to cut the last left hand panel about an inch or so to allow fastening the left fascia, and had to trim the preformed flashing to match. Only one other person reported this problem. If they were all ½” narrower, they would just drop into place. There was no trouble snapping the panels together, I didn’t have any of the other issues listed. This means to me poor production management, a series of “as built”, rather than mass produced. The instruction manual has apparently been rewritten, easier to read, less intuition needed. Still some translation issues, mostly syntax, in the instructions for this “Made in America" product. I do appreciate the extra package of unrelated ¼-20 white-painted TEK screws, I can use them.

It took me awhile, but I finally finished installing the 12’ x20’ Twinvee Patio Cover over our patio. It took me longer than normal for several reasons: 1. It’s been a hotter than normal summer here in New Port Richey, FL. 2. It’s been very humid. 3. Against ther very specific instructions, I was determined to install this all by myself. (My wife said had she known that you recommended 1 or 2 other people to assist, she would have vetoed my doing it alone. She said I’m not 60 anymore.) I thought that with the pandemic, I wasn’t really in a great hurry and didn’t have anything else major to accomplish. So I could usually work half a day on it until I was worn out and soaked to the skin each day. Because we wanted to butt one side of the roof up against the existing lanai, after installing 2 roof panels on each end, I did have to start adding the remaining roof panels from the left side instead of the right. I found out, soon enough, why installing from the right is easier. If you install them from the right, the new panel snaps together on top of the installed panel, preventing the new panel from tending to fall. But it worked out and, in a short time, I got used to installing them the way our situation necessitated. The fun part was trying to snap the new roof panel together with the previous one and then sliding it the rest of the 12 feet without letting it drop out of the groove. But I even got a knack for doing that. I enjoyed it and now have a patio roof to be very proud of. We’ve been sitting outside, under the new roof, enjoying it and the few little improvements we’ve been able to make because the patio is now protected from the rain almost every night. My wife and I both agree that the construction is very well-built and strong, much better quality than we had been expecting, and we are both very pleased with our purchase.

Assembly instructions need a little refinement. Pictures did not reflect actual parts recieved. When i revived the product it was missing two parts. Contacted vendor and they Fedexed the parts and recieved them the next day 5 stars on customer support. Extremely sturdy and fit well.

I have an engineering degree, and this project took a lot longer to put together than it should have. As I was putting the Front Fascia together using the the front fascia splice provided, after finally getting the first half to fit I noticed why there was a problem getting it to fit right, and why there was no way to get the second part to fit at all. The front fascia splice was not SQUARE, one side was longer than the other. I had to bend it straight and then cut about a 1/2inch off the top and then bend it back again. Problem #2 the bolts they supplied are to short for the job, the instructions clearly state to use 3-1/2in bolts but what was suppled are only 3in bolts. (see pictures)

I had professionals install, so I cannot comment on the instructions. But, the product is nicely done, it added the usefulness of my deck by 100%. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking to add roof to their existing deck.

It looks great. I just love it. Can't wait to have friends over to show it off. The only thing i might have changed it maybe adding pre-drilled holes to make it move a long a little faster

This was a perfect option for what we needed for shade on our back deck. After the purchase we decided to tear down our old wooden deck that we did not use too often due to the heat and replace with concrete patio. This was so easy to install following the step by step instructions, I did it by myself using several ladders and all recommended tools. Once completed we decided to purchase a screen room kit also from Home Depot to complete our new patio. We are absolutely in love with it.

Won't stay locked with each panel unless you use longer screw. It's very cheap material roof panels. The design to putting each panels to lock it is so not convenience and always pop back out when installing next panels.

As many reviews have already stated the instructions for assembly on the patio were horrible. They rely on you to interpret and guess on several steps. Took about 3 weekends to install when in reality it should have only take 1. This company should be embarrassed for the information they put into this guide. Complete amateur work that a 5th grader could have made better. Obviously these people were not smarter than a 5th grader. Would not buy again.

First of all the finished product is a beautiful elegant carport (or patio cover). The entire instruction manual is almost totally worthless! The panels snap together but it takes a lot of effort, and by all means you must have help! Two people at a minimum. Even better if one of you has some experience with the system.

This is a good product but like the other reviews the directions are less then adequate. So you have to figure things out on your own. But the end result was good.

Great Price. Nice And Sturdy. Very Nice Addition. Instructions Was Very Confusing. Should Be More Pics For Assembly. But All - N - All Great Purchase. I Installed It Myself in about 3 days. Took My Time.
