Installed in 2 days by myself. The only thing my wife helped is to slide roof panels into the place. Lot of work is to make holes and cut aluminium parts. Overall I satisfied.

Patio cover was perfect. Just as described. It was easy to install and we love it. Provides a ton of shade and a place for our kids to play out of the heat which is good because we do not have any trees in our back yard.

This kit gave us a hole new outside living area,I used to use a gazebo type cover on the deck and the wind always blew it down and now we don't have to keep replacing them.

The product is made very sturdy, but the instructions are hard to follow for an average DYI person. This awening would have been so much easier if the holes were all predrilled! I just about gave up trying to put it all together! It is very difficult to put up on a one story house, with a two foot roof overhang to maintain the height you need.

The awning itself is acceptable. If your a do it yourselfer, like myself, the instructions and the help videos are horrible. The instructions look like they are written by someone who doesn't build things, and the video skips steps. One other minor issue that I had, was the upright post hardware was exposed and not color matched. I bought cap nuts and painted the hardware white to match the posts.

Easier to install with 3 people and 3 ladders for anything over 12 feet. The directions and pictures are horrible, very difficult to follow. Not sure if we received the incorrect screws or the directions were incorrect but we had to purchase more self tapping metal screws to complete the project. Requires a lot of tools including something that cuts the aluminum.

Very sturdy enclosure. I was able to install it in a day. This was a two person project. Happy with the results!

Instructions are useless. Very difficult to follow and understand. Would have never thought one would have to apply force to get the panels to line up as the were required in order to fit the last panel. Had to reinstall the top panel 2x due to the instructions not expressing the need nor requirement to get the cover secured with all panels. The product is well built.

Looks nice, spacious. Wasn't hard to put up.

The awning that we purchased worked out great it says it’s not adaptable to size which is wrong in assuming that is very adaptable to size as long as you work in 1 foot increments there instructions is convoluted, but managed to get it all together anyway thank you

Is the loading a total of 30 lbs or 30 lbs /sq ft? What is the requirement for Salina, Utah 84654?

I bought two of this product, everything is fine and good, but I need the engineering plans, stamped and signed, for inspection in West Palm Beach County, how can I get them? thank you

Just what i ordered. Taking me longer to put it up because I'm doing it solo.

The instructions are unclear and useless go online for assembly instructions

A 10 x 12 cover is actually 10.5 x 12.5. Since it was to be built on a deck, the overage would have left the legs dangling in the air outside of my 10 x12 deck. Nowhere in the product description is the actual size listed. We found out the actual size while unboxing - the lengths of the pieces were more than the listed size of the whole item. We would have had to cut down virtually every piece to make it fit. Not something we were not equipped to do. Had to return for refund.

Video was good although the section regardingvtrimming panel lengths seems to have been left out. In all, an excelent, attractive product

First off I will start by saying this project is not for newbies. I am not a professional carpenter but my friend who assisted is. This takes a good 5-6 hours to complete and do to weather we had to do it over two days. Next, the written instructions are horrible. Watch the video on Home Depot and this will better assist you than the written instructions. Lastly the quality is top notch, which is why I gave the review four stars. It almost seemed as if the material was cut and made to order. All in all this is a great awning if you know what you are doing or know someone who does.

The cover we ordered came much sooner than expected and fulfilled our expectations.

The good part is the patio cover was delivered early, and the material is very sturdy. The negatives were: (1) I had to use my printer ink and paper to print 32 pages of not great installation instructions. (2) My opinion is many of the holes I had to drill should have been predrilled by the manufacturer (leg brackets and leg attachment to the fascia etc.). They told me where to mark and drill for their attachment, so they could have been predrilled. I had to use a hand drill, punch, and pencil to in an effort to get them in the right place. My opinion is the vender could do a little more to help the purchaser which would be a great help in the installation and make the product better.

After a year of trying to figure out how to install this patio cover, it is still sitting on the back porch in boxes. These instructions are ridiculous! I am an avid DYI'er, but this one broke me. Save your money. Get a local company to build and install for you. You will be much happier.

Instructions were bad and confusing. The product is well made.
