I've been going to this store for nearly 5 years, and the service continues to get better and better. I'm currently redoing my master bathroom, and have basically visited everyday for the last week for random odds and ends. Each time I go in to the store, I'm not only greeted, but every time I turn down an aisle there is someone there to help!

Friendly and helpful staff

Lost a ring there while shopping, at first could not find anyone to help me, with what I was looking for? Finally found someone, could not really understand. Just the whole shopping experience and the ring. I hope their are still decent people, if some one finds it and gives it to customer servic. I would be im my glory!

I order items all the time and pickup at Steelyards Home Depot. Best customer service not only one time but all times.

When I came into the store I was greeted and she the customer service female had no problems with helping me I would recommend restore to anyone to go there it was early in the morning she was not sleeping frowned up angry or upset she did her job and help me respectfully and she rang me out so I wouldn't have to walk all the way down to the cash registers she is a beautiful person she needs an award for being kind to people. GOD BLESS her.

HORRIBLE

Good employees, good service, close to home.

I shop at Home Depot most of the time for stuff we need at my Company. Todays visit was better than most. There was a lady named Nancy (didn't catch last name but she was a nice looking Blonde lady) who went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Most of the time employees just tell you the aisle where it is located and then thats it. She took the time to help me with what i needed to get done. Job well done Nancy

It's an AWESOME inner city store, the people are wonderful, and very helpful, who could ask for more
