Nice Self check, Denise and Kate are so helpful!

The store was clean and the employees were helpful. The one thing that I found to be odd was the home depot app told me where to locate things within the store but the items were in different aisles... the section and bays were off with the product location.

This location has great customer service and there is always someone available to help you. The check out procedure is TERRIBLE.

Lizzie, Mandi and Adrian have made my experience at the steelyard location the reason why I choose that store over the others in the area. They are polite, extremely friendly and take the time to remember their customers. Those are the types of individuals that set steelyard apart from the other stores for me.

I enjoyed shopping there very much empoyees were all very friendly and helpful .will definitely shop there again .

The carpet instowas the only bad experience I’ve had with this store. Other than that, it’s my favorite store!

Sad that after 12 years of active military service I have to carry a VA ID card just to received a 10% discount. My Federal Compliant drivers license issued by the state of Ohio inscribed with Armed Forces, which I had to produce my DD-214 for review to get, is not adequate veterans identification.

Roberta and Bruce in the flooring department were amazing. They were friendly and took their time helping us even when my husband had a lot of questions. Roberta helped me find items in the store after we were done getting our carpet. This is what it means to have great customer service.

I like steelyard Home Depot although compared to other stores it is much smaller and has less selection of products then other stores

It is a wonderful place where you can allow your imagination to just go wherever it wants to go but in turn to make those things that you imagine to become reality. It is always good to keep a good positive outlook one life live it to your best.

Luis at the service desk is absolutely horrible, cuts the customer off. Very condescending and gets really nasty with people. His attitude is very unbecoming and makes situations worse for the customer.

The greeter at the door has become a friend...we chat for a minute then I go about my business...Anytime I have a question--someone helps me out and they do it happily, not begrudgingly! ...that attitude is important in the otherwise crabby, stressed inattentive world...

THE ASSOCIATES IN THE DOOR/WINDOW DEPARTMENT WERE VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I have been in construction for the past 18 years. On January 26th, 2018, I assumed a management role with B****s LLC on the near-west side of Cleveland, OH. At this point, I was basically forced to utilize the "Steelyard Home Depot", which was not awful(Home Depot is, after all, my brand of choice), but I have "ideal" locations based on sentiment(North Olmsted/Great Northern). I have patronized countless home improvement store brands and locations, and my employer has spent well over 15k at Steelyard Home Depot since then. I have racked up probably 500 transactions YTD at this store, and I look forward to my next visit tomorrow morning. Mindy(pro-desk, #1) is Absolutely too good to be doing the job she does, at the pay tier I'm sure she's in. If Home Depot corporate knew what was good for them, they would send the regional manager (at least) to interview her for internal promotion. She is seriously the BEST customer service rep I have ever seen... at any store... of any kind. PERIOD! She should be teaching EVERY HD employee, or better yet, teaching people regionally how to teach THEIR local managers to teach THEIR associates. This woman is an absolute diamond in the rough, and HD should go way out to make sure they keep her forever. She can make your company far better. PERIOD. Mary (usually reg. #2) is also a gem. Very friendly and helpful. She could excel as a trainer. Just my thoughts.... but the first name relationships Mindy and Mary have with people ahead of, and behind me in line at one of the busiest stores I've ever visited says alot. Old man Mark in the plumbing dept. assisted me in an old outdoor water valve replacement project, and completed the initial repair with new components while I was there. Expert Repair!!!!

The lady that assisted me in paint, Kayla I believe her name was, was very helpful. She demonstrated not only an eagerness and wiliness to help but the knowledge to make my decision easier. You dont find people like that at other locations let alone other companies.

I wouldn’t recommend the store per say, but the location is convenient.

On Saturday evening I got a chance to set committed staff at work. Good Job Kathy, Debbie and Dale.

Store employee 2 older males were very courteous and informative when I needed help with handheld shower, parts and shower bench. Excellent!

The associates in Appliances and plumbing were really great to work with and provided expertise assistance.
