I have to shop here about once a day. I know some of these people pretty well by now, & it's a joy to deal with them. This store is my first stop for everything but dimensional lumber. Thanks for being good people!

Steelyard has a bad reputation as a whole but I am going to say this is hands down the best Home Depot in the surrounding areas. I am from the east side and was so tempted to take all of my business to the competition moving forward until tonight. I have been dealing with a horrible experience not receiving an item in my prior delivery for my new appliances and it has completely slowed down my renovations. It continues to not be resolved and I keep getting sent from homedepot.com to store managers- to vendors- to manufactures and getting the run around. Amy, the Store Manager went out of her way to place a call to the Euclid Home Depot to assist me and give me an idea what was going on. The level of care and client service I received outshined the past 6 hours of my wasted time with representatives on the phone. She then went around to each department and helped me check off my remaining store items with ease. She gave me personal recommendations for lightbulbs and more importantly made me feel like a person instead of an order confirmation code that I’ve been assigned and treated like a number for weeks. This was late in the night and typically you feel when you head into the store the level of client service diminishes since the employees what to leave- it felt like it was 10 am on a Saturday and not 9 PM on a Monday. The cashier, Angelise, was also very accommodating and full of smiles. The paint department was so fast and efficient. Hands down the best encounter I’ve had at a hardware store. Thank you guys for keeping my business and the genuineness you showed myself, my best friend, and my other best friend who was 8 months pregnant. She enjoyed the candies lol

I was advised and helped by a gentleman in plumping that truly was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Mark told me exactly what I needed to get to fix a kitchen sink leak and saved me hundreds of dollars.

Look for Matt! He was awesome!

It is your average Home Depot. Don't expect to be 'wowed'. Service is 50/50, and pretty much the luck of the draw at what time you come in or who is working. Sometimes service is fast, other times it is not. I have had associates give up in helping me find a product, even though the inventory levels on the their website showed that they had plenty in stock.

People are friendly and professional. Find what I need really fast. Good store!

This store offers great customer service. When an associate is needed for assistance they are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step.

Great location in the downtown area. Convenient access off the highway. Most of the employees that I've dealt with are positive and helpful people.

This store receives my two Thumbs up. for service, accessibility, and the friendliness of the employees. The store was very clean and I felt safe there.

I've seen a lot of improvement at this particular store. Very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a corner I turned that a staff person wasn't there asking if I was finding everything ok. In major areas like the garden center they were very knowledgeable.

The manager of the mill work dept. is top notch. He knows his stuff and how to treat people. He consistently remained this way throughout the months it took me to find, special order, and buy an exterior front door.

Easy to find, central location. lot of help available but didn't need it. Store swept and restroom clean. Everybody friendly and said hi, I shop there frequently and they know me.

Workers on phone, another told me to do what i needed myself in a rude way, after, the workers laughed as i was walking away
