I bought a sizable special order that was out of stock. Samantha and the other cashier at the pro desk found it at multiple stores and have it delivered next week. They also trusted me on my status as a veteran when I left my veteran ID and commercial charge card in my car. They got the managers authorization while I went to my car to get my veteran ID. They were both happy to help and got the job done quickly. Can’t thank them enough

Ever since this location has been open, it's had the best customer service of any home improvement store and any Home Depot that I've shopped. And that says a lot for this location as well, since Steelyard is the worst location for every other tenant located here. Absolutely, no customer service at the other retail, grocery and food establishments down here.

The store is much more organized now and employees seem to have knowledge of the products in the store.

This store blows away the Cleveland Heights store. After the horrible service at Cleveland Heights, this is my go to store now

I personally know the Steelyard gets a bad rap and has a bad reputation! I have never felt safer nor have ever had any problems in Home Depot nor any other store located within the Steelyard! I have allways had very knowledge and curiosity help when needed! To all your staff and management at your store, the Steelyard, "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

An employee named Mark with the man bun and a tie so professional and knowledgeable helped me make my home project a reality and much easier. Thank you Mark. Everything worked out just the way you said it would.

I appreciate the store and for them opening it the area. The location does a volume of business im sure. Its in the steelyard, so you get a "great Mix" of people. The pros are fine. It always seems understaffed and messy. I know more then a few people that avoid this home depot. The staff can and management can also be iffy and stand-offish. I have been at the site and asked to speak with a store manager and have been told there too busy to "Deal with me". I get someone who is not a store manager Who wants to "Help" I've Been screamed at by Workers, Or cant get Simple Assistance. I have written multiple complaints. They either get removed as Home depot wont post negative reviews. I Also screenshot and post them elsewhere. I understand the challenges of keeping a qualified workforce within a budgetary boundary. Ignoring or hiding the bad reviews Does not solve the problem in the long run.

Make sure you check the expiration date on what you're buying, found out to late that what I bought was over 6 months out of date. Be ready for a return trip.

I like having a store that is close to my home and has the products that I need to continue fixing up my home and I like your prices they are reasonable and yes I would recommend the store to others.

I would like to thank all of these associates & supervisors for going above and beyond with their assistance.

My last visit, the store was clean. The associates should be more be more helpful by asking customers if they need any help as they walk by. They also be more knowledgeable

The customer service/returns was not busy but they totally ignored me while i stood there. They (2 women) just turned their heads so they couldn't make any eye contact. There was NO line. They knew we were waiting and ignored us. This was very disturbing. I will never use that store again. If you look at the video you will see how they totally ignored us. You need better people in your customer service department.

So much better service, store associates were very friendly and helpful and in the department where you could find them to ask for help!

This store is the best Home Depot I've ever shopped at. The workers here are all very pleasant and helpful, and the folks in the paint department, especially, are simply superb.

I contacted this store to conduct business long distance. I reside in Maryland and was purchasing a washer for my mom in Cleveland. Mr. Al provided courteous and professional customer service. He gave us detailed and accurate information related to our purchase. Also, our called dropped during the transaction and he IMMEDIATELY called me back. It was truly one of the BEST customer service experiences at Home Depot. Thank you Mr. Al. You are SUPER AWESOME!!

it's just me cause i love gardening and house plants but, it would be awesome if your selection of plants in the garden dept. was larger. can't ever find anything new or different, theres always just the same few regular old plants.

Always clean. Usually someone their to help.. Tonight a girl named Martha helped me find some animal repellent, etc... even got a ladder to check on some not on display. Have been to that new box store on Brookpark... and will never go there again.

I needed assistance in the garden center and Ebonee was such a great help. There was extremely limited supplies of landscape fabric and Ebonee checked other stores for availability. She also determined which one would be best for the patio installation I was doing. She was fantastic! Hope I spelled her name correctly.

I've been going to the Steel Yard location for a few months now and could not be happier the friendly service especially during this crazy time in America

MINDY if that was her real name, in flooring was horrible!!! My motto: "If you don't want to work, stay home"!!! This location is either desperate for employees or this girl "knows" someone. I would never allow someone like this to cause more work and cleanup for other employees and managers. She is a bad reflection for THD!

situated in the historical steel mill area of cleveland's flats, next to Tremont MetroWest and Brooklyn Centre neighborhoods conveniently off the highway 176 & 90, my neighborhood store has many long time friendly employees, glad they are around the corner from my house.

Steelyard Home Depot is always well stocked and clean. The workers are always friendly and helpful. Some of the employees have been there for a few years, and it is always great to see them! Like old friends! I've been restoring 3 historic homes in the nearby Brooklyn Centre Neighborhood and their expertise and encouragement has been priceless!!!
