I was a little frustatrated about the phone line and wait time. I had to called several times to get through. But once John, CSR helped me get the items ordered and later finished up my ordered I was happy.

Some of the store employees should provide good customer services especially if they are assisting with online orders.

Floyd was beyond helpful, professional and friendly!!! He really made our large purchase of materials easy and even helped the overwhelmed associate who was tasked with gathering all of our materials together. This store is very blessed to have Floyd as an associate.

Very Poor Customer service. Cashier at 7am kept yawning, a certified fork lift operator could not be located. Loaded cinder blocks ourselves. Prices too high for cinder blocks. I wasn't able to get a price match in time as it was last minute. Won't be going back.

Don't know what happened but, store has changed for the better experience, all the way around. Keep weeding...guess HOMER does listen.

I've encountered numerous issues with this store, all the way up to Chuckie! My last couple of visits have been a 100% turn around especially in customer service and satisfaction. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

The Paint Employees weren't around to assist maybe need a backup person.

Over-all the store is clean and organized. Cashiers are very respectful and friendly. However, my experience with the manager on duty (4/14/18 @ 7:30 PM) was terrible. He was very rude when my wife approached him. When I shared my concern about his behavior he was so defensive. He even discussed our conversation with his staff and worst with another customer! He persuaded the other customer to confront me! what a shame. Unbelievable.... I love the store but this experience of my mine with the store manager is very concerning and alarming.

Went to store 5314 tonight. Found some instatrim boxes on clearance. We needed recessed lighting trim and decided to get them. $3.32. Was $12.97. We decided to get all of the boxes left. There were 28 boxes. We get to the register and purchase them and as we are walking out we are looking at the receipt going whoa why the high price? Look at it closer to realize they charged us the full $12.97 price. Head back into the store to show them their mistake. Cashier sends us to customer service while my husband goes to the clearance to pick up the box that has the description and price of the item we bought. Go to customer service. Girl at customer service has a hard time getting the skus to match. Calls another guy over. (I didn’t catch his name and his name was covered so I didn’t read it ). He goes with my husband to the clearance section and my husband shows him where we got ALL 28 boxes of them and sees the price with the item description that matches the box. He says he needs to talk to Jessie, the assistant manager. We wait around for half an hour. He comes to us and says it’s the wrong price. I said how is it the wrong price. It’s a 2 pk instatrim 45 watt. That’s what it says on YOUR clearance price and the box. He said well, they were in the wrong place. I said “I can understand if there were a few but you’re telling me ALL 28 boxes that were stacked and labeled were ALL in the wrong place?” They said they wouldn’t give us the clearance price and I wasn’t about to pay full Price when they were CLEARLY marked. They wasted 40 minutes of my night JUST to tell me that they wouldn’t honor the price that was clearly marked and matched the EXACT description that was on the box. Manager never came out and talked to us or apologized.

The homedepot store was very clean, emplyees are always very helpful. Products are easy to find, if you know where to look. Im so glad they have signs up above where you can see them. It leads where to find what you need. Thank you homedepot of Gallup, New Mexico.

It's my favorite store and spend about an hour average at times, working on different home projects, the employees are very helpful and always in a good mood.

KEEP UP THE CLEANLINESS OF THE STORE AND PARKING LOT. MANAGE CARTS ON TIMELY MANNER AND BE SURE TO RESTOCK WHEN NEEDED AND NO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FACES. GREAT JOB THUS FAR GALLUP HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

store is very clean and neatly organize. Great deals and discounts for damage items for building materials.

The store on the garden section was slightly clean as the employees were loading up leftover Christmas trees. The employees were friendly when I asked where the wheelbarrows were and answered nicely about what they do with the trees.

Thankful that Homedepot is open 7 days a week.
