Great customer service so far everytime I have gone to this store it has been a great experience. Store is clean and well stocked. Personnel has helped me and answered my questions everytime I had one. Would recommend this store for you lumber or project needs.

I did not find the item I was looking for, I was told it was a seasonal item--but other locations still have inventories available. The staff was helpful in responding to my inquiries and things I was looking for. The store is generally clean--this is the main hub for all bordertown areas which has a huge customer base so it is understandable if occassionally the bathroom facilities are not kept in order--otherwise, in general the premises is kept clean. Depending on the time and date you shop sometimes the staff is limited and it can be difficult to find someone to help you.who has knowledge of the items you need.

All employees did awful customer service! Left me waiting for over an hour on an item they stated was in stock! Most employees were to busy to even acknowledge you, while the other few did nothing but sit on their butts

Without question...the employees are always willing to assist....even without asking. Also, the store is clean..with no difficulty navigating your way around...with big bold prices on products at the store

I love going to Homedepot it makes my stress go away. Super clean and the associates are so accommodating. I asked and I got answers. I appreciate their suggestions. I hope you also train them about the products that they can recommend to DiY beginners. Like Eric he helped me a lot. For DIY beginners dont hesitate to ask their very helpful staff. Homedepot always makes my day.

This Home Depot store in Gallup, N.M. has been very friendly, and neat, the puppy carpet display, I have to order a rug from, yet, & our new puppy will know. This store has a large outdoor showing many choices of concrete to choose from. It gives us time to think of what to plan for an outdoor landscaping idea to build, that is kind friendly. I can never find store employees when I need help fining things.

There has been a dearth of employees lately. I had to stand in the middle of the store on my previous visit (Saturday) and shout for help. This is truth. Tonight (Tuesday), the customer service cashier talked non-stop to a co-worker while she was handling our transactions and DID NOT give us her undivided attention.

The store was terrible and then good Manager was hired and store was clean, employees were knowledgeable and now store is worse than ever. Young clerks with no clue where anything is and texting and reading there phones. They might as well stay home. I just spent $700 within a week and only department that was helpful was the paint department and they were alert on the products in their department. Gallup is hard area but good help can be found.
