Everyone was super nice. Whalen in tools was very knowledgeable and helped me buy a milwaukee set that was just right for me!

Overall, great store with most everything one would need AND clean. Employees are helpful, IF you can find one.

Felt comfortable shopping at home Depot in the middle of covid 19 .the staff were helpful and friendly.

Every where was clean

I believe this store is the best HD I have ever shopped and Zi have shopped at many. The Manager (woman whose name I don't know) is very attentive and helpful, Tabitha at the Pro Desk is a PRO, Mary in rentals is great, Waylon, Erika, Floyd, Francine, and countless others are the BEST! Can't say enough about this great store.

I am an emerging handy man and I have gotten so much help and direction from the staff at Home Depot. They have always had the parts that I need and give honest reviews of the products that they sell.

Beware of special orders!

I would still recommend others to shop here regardless of some of my bad experiences. For the most part, I've had good experiences. I make sure I know exactly what I want, I write down sizes, name of products, etc. When I need help, I hope I get a nice person who can help me pick out the best product I need. Occasionally, I don't get the help I need. It may be because of several reasons but I try not to jump to conclusions and point fingers. If I'm sure, I try to report it right away so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

The associates there are always helpful and nice. Thanks to the workers there making our stop fast and on our way. Customer service is doing great thanks to Samantha an her knowledge of item where abouts are in the store. Thank you

I always go to home depot first. when I have an idea of what I want but don't know what's in existence. due to the shear variety of products I go to home depot to find what suits my needs best.

Gallup N.M Home Depot provided more information and help me make a Successful purchase with Excellent Customer Service.. Even provide Delivery and support for the rural areas on the Navajo Nation in state and out of State, such as Arizona.. Home Depot in Show Low, Arizona declined an order that I wanted to make, and have the produced delivered to a rural area on the Navajo Nation. Even though the store was much closer then Gallup,N.M. Their Customers Service was Poor and unsuccessful.. So i recommended Home Depot in Gallup, New Mexico a Top Choice for ur Home improvement needs.. If u live on the Navajo Reservation..

Jesse & Michael are super knowledgeable &very helpful. you can bother them with your questions and they will answer them or find out for you, limited to homedepot mater'ial.

There are two guys who have helped me out in the paint department. It has been a huge relief that they have been super helpful and knowledgeable since I’m a first time home owner single lady determined to rock all the projects myself without calling in a cast of friends for help. I like to learn and they have had good recommendations for products and why I should consider them. I will definitely recommend to my friends. I also love ordering online and having stuff ready for me at the front of the store, I do that all the time now!

Gallup homedepot is a great place to shop they have the have what you need

The store was clean, plenty of product, and NEVA is the most awesome employee I have ever had the pleasure to meet in a Home Depot, most of the other employees are lazy , ignorant troglodytes

This location needs more employees. The lack of service and customer attention is attributed to the low number of employees. One day I received exceptional help in the lumber department and got the service, attention, and help to get some lumber cut. The next day, its very noticeable that the customer service department is overloaded with customers needing help. I felt bad for the customer service department because the line was long and they were doing the best they could and I give them credit for their patience and thorough helpfulness. After waiting 45 minutes and asking about the long wait time at the counter, the response was, "Lots of workers took the day off." What took me about an hour at the store the day before took almost 3 hours longer for the same amount of materials I needed. The store would be great if staffed well. But until that happens, I feel there will be lots of frustrated customers. In Gallup NM, I recommend this store because this is the best place to get items for home improvement, lumber, and electrical. Other stores in the area are high priced or do not have the items available and their variety of items is very small. It may take lots of wait time, but this Home Depot store will get you what you need.

Customer service is non existent. As a minority I have never felt so disrespected until shopping here. Took another minority to assist on what I wanted to purchase. Customer service was very lazy and did not help, took the original person helping us to ring us up at customer service. Sadly this is the closest Home Depot, but will not be coming back and take the trip to go to another Home Depot.
