Between the corporate office and the local Gallup store, they were willing to make a fair refund for problems with my order and took care of the situation … presently surprised by the generosity of their final agreement . I felt validated and valued for my concerns and as a customer.

When i was checking out, the cashier greeted me and was so helpful on questions i had about products.

I been buying pellets for,my pellets stove the price was good.

the 4" inches Duct Cap Fit just right .

Always friendly salesfolks who seem to go out of their way to help us old folks.

First time I was ever told ‘goodbye and thanks’ in six years shopping, by an employee outside the store. Cashier Tanika was super friendly and helpful. I usually tip service this good 😃

Brought an Axe and plants related this month and other then that shop for tools, lumbers and small appliances purchased with no problems.

Although they provide the products and material needed. Do not expect any customer service to be offered while you shop. Be sure to learn the layout of the store on your own and take someone with you to help you load material into your vehicle.

I rarely do the regular checkout person. I like the seeing the price so I can agree with it. With 30 +items I used the regular one and was overcharged ~$30. They made it right. After 2 trips to customer service.

Every time we go into the store, the employees are very helpful and friendly each greets you with a smile an offer of assistance

I like to purchase at this store because they usually have a good inventory, most of the employees are nice and helpful. The checkout is usually fast and easy. The prices are good.

Eddie Olguin is the only qualified floor specialist at this Home Depot. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He even took the time to mix the paint we needed! We recommend him for your flooring needs.

Eddie was so helpful and on top of it he helped me from the minute I walked in till I checked out. Need more workers like Eddie.

Eddie is the sole reason we continue to shop at the Home Depot. One of the only associates we see greeting customers day in and day out. Not even the manager are as customer service savvy. Thank you Eddie for your consistent top notch service.

This Home Depot employees don’t do their jobs and are very unwelcoming. They seem to always give you attitude and don’t know what they are doing. Whom ever trained these employees did a poor customer service training. These employees don’t know their own products and point blame towards the company and the system. These employees need retraining and better management. A very unwelcomed store. Sorry Home Depot you need to do better.

Home Depot has excellent employees specifically Julie. Every time I walk in she greets me with a smile and remembers my name asks me is there anything she could do to help me to make my job easier and ask me how my jobs are coming out if there’s anything in the future that I need to please address her, she will do everything she can to help me she’s very sweet and kind of enjoy walking into the store just to see her smile

Was looking for a steel bucket or even a stainless-steel bucket. but I got a galvanized bucket. was looking for something that a higher melting point. Seen the product online telling me it was in the store. but when I got there all they had was galvanized buckets.

I don't think I was more happy spending a lot of money on kitchen cabinets and countertops than I was when John helped me out.

Forgot to mention Rosrianna's name in my sweepsteak entry. So so friendly.

We are a Navajo Nation Government Entity and we were purchasing items for our maintenance operations. We arrived to your store at 2pm, and we completed our shopping activities without assistance until we came to the heavy lumber. Only 2 home depot employees name Julian Morgan and Arnell Mecale provided assistance to complete our shopping and purchasing. They stayed nearly 2 hours after their normal schedule to complete our transactions. We appreciate their professionalism and support. We concluded our shopping until about 8pm, but we are extremely thankful for the assistance we received from the 2 staff persons. Thank you.

The Pro-desk has friendly and knowledgeable staff, what I did not find in store they ordered for me. I had a great experience at this store and would recommend its services. The staff go above and beyond to help their customers.

A week ago my sister, brother-in-law and I flew from North Carolina to visit a sick relative in Gallup NM. I have not seen my sister or her family in at least 15 years. She has lung cancer and was in a rehabilitation facility having been on life support the previous week. She wanted to be able to go home after her rehab. We went to her house on the Friday evening that we arrived. We were only going to be in Gallup until Monday. We discovered a nightmare in her home. It was a hoarding situation caused by another family member. The panic set in as we tried to come up with a plan to clean out the house in two days with 5 people. Our biggest hurdle was removing the mountains of trash. We did not have a truck, knew no one in Gallup and no commercial resources were available on such sort notice. That’s when God provided an answer. As we were checking out our cleaning supplies a Home Depot employee / associate made a comment “ looks like someone’s got a cleaning project today”… I turned to this woman and explained our situation and asked her if she knew anyone who had a truck or could help us haul away the large volume of trash we knew we were going to have. She said without hesitation “ I get off a 230 today, I can help”. I started to cry. She came that day after work and again on Wednesday. Her name is Annel McCall. Her generosity in our time of desperation was truly divine intervention!

We are new to the area and fairly new to doing our own significant home improvements. Always daunted by going into a Home Depot back in urban Southern California. Now living in remote mountain area learning to be more self-reliant. Suddenly thrown into the deep end of the pool, Gallup Home Depot employees are a godsend! Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced & quick to serve or to find another employee who knows a dept. better - Instead of exhausted & drained, we leave Home Depot relieved, energized & excited about our projects, armed with the tools & items we need AND with an education that will save us from disappointment, aggravation & another 140 minute round trip. Far & away the best Home Depot experiences we've ever had!!
