Customer service was very not helpful. I left the store in tears.

They continue to violate the rights of Americans with Disabilities and will never get any more of my hard earned American money! Thank you for proving how unamerican you really are, you saved me thousands because I will not be shopping at your store anymore.

Overall the store clean and stocked. All employees I encountered were great but Ernesto was especially helpful helping me find the aisle and product I needed. He was Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Helpful.

The help in the Amsterdam store is wonderful! We have two other Home Depots near us and we can not get help in either store. Everything in Amsterdam store is well stocked.

The associates are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need and answer any questions. The store is neat and clean.

if you are looking for customer service dont bother shopping here. you can wonder around like your lost and still get no help. we even asked for help loading our purchase, well its a ghost town then!! very poor service here.

the store is clean but can use a better way of displaying clearanced items...staff is friendly but not always easy to find..maybe a dept call button..they always have what i need in stock and i never felt once that they were way overpriced

Everyone at this home depot is great and an asset to the community.

Home Depot associate was rude and inconsiderate. Did not wear a mask, bumped into to me twice. When I asked him to stay six feet away because he was not wearing a mask he said “ I chose not to” and walked away. No apology, and a bad could care less attitude. When I asked to speak to a store manager or assistant store manager there was not one working. Worst part was the two other associates I did speak to didn’t know who I was referring to other than saying he was new. I will be trying to speak to the store manager tomorrow morning

I had purchased a patio table at two other stores only to find that they were out of stock. I had a birthday party planned for my daughter and needed to get one right away. I placed an online order with the Amsterdam Home Depot and called them to see if they could pull the order right away. After explaining my situation, they were happy to do so. Upon arrival I realized I forgot my mask, and even though it was outside of curbside pick up hours, they brought the table out to me. They truly went above and beyond! 12 years earlier I myself was a front end/service desk supervisor, and had I remained in retail I would be proud to have these associates as part of my team! These are the types of experiences that create lifelong customers. I am truly grateful for their kindness.

I would just like to mention( coming from retail myself )special thank you to Laura in customer service for going above and beyond so I can pick up the vanity and Daniel for helping me load it onto the truck. Believe it or not this is the first time I've ever done a survey...I know people like to always give negative reviews but those two young staff members read the situation and react it in a mature caring Manor. Mr. Carbone should be extremely proud of those two youngsters!

I used the online ordering service to pick up in store. It was ready right away. I got a text telling me it was picked and ready for pick up at customer service desk. The cashier was very friendly and even offered me a squirt of hand sanitizer at the end of my transaction.

I think the people working in the garden areas could be more knowledgeable about the products you sell there other than just where they are located. PLEASE do not contact me.

I always come in and find everything neat and organized. The people that work there are always helpful. I would definitely recommend coming to this store for all your needs, from building supplies right down to laundry soap. They basically have everything you need!!!

This is without a doubt the best home depot store when it comes to personalized service. The employees at all times are very helpful and are up to date on any product that you may ask about. If they do not know the answer they find an employee that does. I find all the people that I have worked with in this store are friendly and always ask you if they can be of assistance without nagging you. From the time you walk in to the time you check out either using the self checkout or the clerk, you are guided every step of the way.
