Callie on register 2 was fast and friendly. Everyone was so helpful and making sure the customers were out in a fast timely matter.

I was looking for a couple of things. The lady helping me could not find 1 inch plaster washers my son sent me to get. She went the extra mile to find someone else who was familiar with this isle and verified they did not have them. However he gave me 2 places to look for them. I eventually got them at the 3rd place. So I ended up going to 3 places and I can honestly say home depot's customer service was the best out of the 3!

I checked out at self check out and the cashier was very helpful her name is Chasity

employees always know where to find products and have offerred excellent advice for any/all projects we have inquired about.

We were coming in for lights and lamps and Kathy was very nice and she talked and had a great attitude, she helped me find where the lamps were by telling me and genuinely had an overall positive interaction.

Amsterdam location has THE BEST EMPLOYEES! Several associates have a TON of knowledge and are very helpful. BY FAR THE BEST HOME DEPOT IN THE 518 and I go to all of them!

A year ago I bought a medicine cabinet and after we finally got it hung we realized it didn’t have any clips to hold the shelves. I didn’t know how to measure the holes. I asked the guy in that aisle for help and he walked me to where the clips were. But I was unsure if they were the right size so I went back to the aisle. There was an opened cabinet like mine and he helped me pull it out of the box and make sure the clips were the right size. They were and I was very happy.

Customer service made the trip a fun, enjoyable, easy and stream lined process

I would like to commend two employees in particular, Heather F. and Kevin W. who went above and beyond to help me out with a recent purchase. My wife and I had a store credit that we wanted to use for an online purchase because the item wasn't in stock. We were told by another associate that the store credit could NOT be used to make the purchase. When explaining my issue to Heather and Kevin, they were able to make it happen. I really appreciate their help!!!

I went to exchange an item I bought online that was delivered broken. Sales person refunded my money. Kicked me out of line. Told me if I wanted to reorder item I had to go to the back of the line!!!! Poor customer service!!

I had to cancell because of the price As the mowing season was over I felt that better lower prices should have been available

Margaret in the front end service dept. was very busy but still went out of her way to give me excellent service!!!

First off the majority of the appliances were out of stock. We finally found a fridge that was affordable enough and told the appliance rep we would like to purchase. He then proceeded to ask me to hold the cart while he loaded the refrigerator onto it. I had all I could to hold the cart, I said some thing to him about it being a team left and he said don’t worry about it. I do it all the time then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to drag it up to check out and if I needed help loading it I should ask someone . I have never been treated this way when buying any appliance. We had to drag the appliance up to the checkout. Then I couldn’t even use my gift card, or I couldn’t use the promo code to make deferred payments, which I thought was crap and then my husband had to load it all by himself , which again we’ve never been treated this way we will not be going back.

Recently purchased a new kitchen complete with countertops and appliances; Associate Jane I. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in putting the entire package together.

I've been shopping at Amsterdam Home Depot for many years to say the store has changed significantly in the last year or so is an understatement the atmosphere alone when you walk in seeing employees actually working approaching myself and other customers now and the friendliness has changed majorly for the better and I prefer to shop at the Amsterdam store before going to my house store in Schenectady any day

Dee went over and above to help me find the AC unit i was looking for and even helped me load it into the car.

I was sent to a register to purchase a washing machine that was on display and Taina took care of me and made sure I got the discount that was promised.

I needed product assistance from the Service Desk. Worker ILLIANA went above and beyond to complete my complex transaction which included product look up, order, store digital coupon and various payment methods. Illiana was friendly, quick and extremely knowledgable regarding her job. Amazing employee! Also Sales Cashier Katherine, and workers Brian and Fernando always helpful!

My husband and I needed to purchase a new washer and dryer set. Sam was very friendly, personable, and helpful. With her assistance we found exactly what we needed. She made what I thought would be a painful process very easy. Would highly recommend the appliances department.

Although sometimes I wish there was more staff, the staff they have always been helpful, friendly and polite and in most cases, gone out of their way to help.

I had a contractor that Home Depot recommend install a tankless water heater. The plumber stated the prior install was incorrect and proceeded to still install incorrectly. The problem that caused the prior heater to fail is not fixed.I have spoken to management and nobody has returned my phone call or returned my email. Very unprofessional management team.
