[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the huge mistake of buying this device online, never suspecting that access to the primary compartment (not the freezer) would be such an uncomfortable, back-bending exercise. This fridge is poorly designed and I would never buy it had I known.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this a month, so can't speak to long-term durability, but so far it's worked fine. It's got great capacity for both fridge and freezer, and runs quiet. Shelves slide easily. The interior light is an LED, and the switch is near the door and sometimes gets bumped while grabbing things on lower shelves. It leveled nicely on a not so level floor, too.

This is a very scaled down refrigerator. After having my previous model for over 20 years this refrigerator was a disappointment. It sits so low that your foot hits the door when opening. The black finish looks like it has scratches anytime the sunlight hits it brightly. The front was scratched when the plastic covering was removed by the delivery people. Also they scratched the front when attaching handles. Everything is very lightweight inside. You get what you pay for and this was energy star and fit my tight space but I was very disappointed with the finish. Unfortunately I couldn't see it in stock anywhere as it was an internet item. This is the very down side to internet only shopping....not in stock anywhere to go see it. I wanted black so badly but I would not do it again.

My wife, 74 years old, suffered a severe stroke leaving her paralyzed on her left side head to toe. All the bedding, towels and other specialty items were voluminous. Yet the machines delivered. Thank you.

No matter how much we put in freezer, have to unplug every four weeks to defrost unit. Freezer works but bottom unit is a huge pain to mantain. Stay away from this unit.

The only thing we had to get use to was that with freezer on top we had to bend down for the fridge. before we had a small side by side. But shelves width were to small. So this is 100% better. Looks great and serves the purpose we needed. Thank you.

This is a pretty basic model with no icemaker or water connection. We got it to put in our garage as an overflow unit for our kitchen refrigerator. It easily and quickly reached the target temperature, runs very quietly, and has lots of interior space. The top freezer is spacious and accommodates almost any size package of frozen goods, unlike most side-by-side fridges. The only thing lacking is a light in the freezer, but that's not a big deal for our purposes.

Pleased with the whole process from ordering to delivery. That delivery men took my old appliance and set up my new one in minutes. The refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the manual from the old refrigerator to the store so that there would be no problems with the size. However, because the line in the back of the protrudes about 2 inches the fridge did not fit through the kitchen entrance even after we removed the doors so we had to put it in the dining room. The line on my old refrigerator was flushed against the back which only added a 1/2 inch. Also could use a light in the freezer.
