[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit was a replacement due to defrozting failure. Two person household. Adequate size. Freezer top doors should have solid bottom. Thete is a space that allows frozen items items to fall off the shelf. Good interior lighting. For the refrigerator section, an additional adjustment level would be helpful. All in all, the price point and features & functions offer good value. I would recomment this produ t for a smaller family, or where height constraints are an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge broke down and we needed a replacement in a hurry. This one fit our small kitchen space, but not what we wanted. The freezer on top is not our choice but it works well. the interior space is large, the bins roll well. There is a bit of a trick to getting the temp correct so the fridge freezes at the bottom. The freezer works really well. I would recommend this for a basic, solid unit.

When veggies touch the back or side of the fridge it freezes and goes bad. The freezer doesn’t it cold enough to freeze ice fast. It takes over 1 day to freeze.

This refrigerator is replacing a 28 year old whirlpool refrigerator that was operating continuously and flawlessly for the entire 28 years and never needed a single service appointment. The 28 year old refrigerator just keep on working perfectly year after year. The new whirlpool refrigerator received the number one rating for purchasing a new whirlpool refrigerator on YouTube.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a second refrigerator in our home. We ordered it without an icemaker but when it arrived it had an ice maker inside. That didn't help as we have it in the garage and there is no water service but I suppose if we ever sold it someone else could benefit from it. The freezer is roomy enough and there is plenty of storage room inside the refrigerator. It is nice and quiet and has met the need perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little background. We purchased this refrigerator in July 2021, and it was delivered January 2022--supply chain issues. Our old bottom freezer fridge started forming ice in the bottom and my husband had to get down on his hands and knees every four days to chip the ice out. Otherwise, the water had no place to go and ran onto the floor. We wanted another bottom freezer but were told that we couldn't even order one because of supply issues. So we ordered this top freezer model instead and still had to wait six months. I'm sorry but I cannot give this refrigerator a very good review. On the plus side, I like the adjustable shelves, and it has adequate storage space for its size. On the minus side, it makes really weird noises almost 24x7. Sometimes it sounds like it's moaning and groaning, and other times it sounds like it is going to take flight. There are other noises in between. The noises are not extremely loud, but we can definitely hear them and it's quite annoying. But we are not chipping ice any longer so we can live with it.

DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR!! It’s less than 18 months old and it’s already been serviced twice. List of problems below -thermostat needed to be replaced 12 months after purchase -condenser & evaporated needed to be replaced after 18 months -setup of the refrigerator is terrible.You CAN NOT put any food on the top shelf/in front of the vents as it prohibits airflow and your food will freeze -poor design of guard rails in freezer etc etc etc MANY MORE ISSUES BUT IM LIMITED TO 500 CHARACTERS

The fridge arrived in good shape and is operating fine however the freezer door handle does not fit correctly. I have to wait for another month to have this problem resolved ( maybe).
