I have been waiting for 10 days for the local warranty company to come out due to high volume of calls and lack of staffing

Nice fridge, noticeable lower electric use than 25 yr old one we replaced. It is deep rather than wide. Produce drawers are a bit smaller than prior whirlpool. Better freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a simple, no frills smaller size refrigerator to fill a specific nitch! This refrigerator was just what I wanted. It has great drawers, big freezer area and is so clean looking!

My ice cream is like mush and anything on the bottom of the refrigerator is freezing if I turn up the temperature to maximum. I worry about the safety of the frozen items. So disappointed in the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit after selling my home and downsizing into a condo that I have owned. It was difficult and sad to leave my four door French 26+ cubic foot Whirlpool fridge with the sale of my home but it would not fit in my condo anyway. So, I had to purchase another, smaller unit and with the styling, size, features, quality and value, I wasn’t looking at anything but, a Whirlpool. I negotiated a fair price on my unit and have been enjoying all it offers me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We knew our old refrigerator wasn’t gonna last much longer,( it was approximately 27 years old), so we decided to replace it now rather than waiting and possibly not be able to get another one due to covid. It runs very quiet and is much more spacious than our old one. The only thing we’re having to adjust to is the spring doors. If you let go of the door(s), they slam shut. I was told it’s made that way to provide a air tight seal. Also the plastic film does not come off very well around the edges. I had to take a razor blade around the edges to remove bits and pieces of the film that I could not pull off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my refrigerator and it does not make a lot of noise like my last one. But there was one thing that concerns me. I called Whirlpool but they could not give me an answer. I keep a few thermometers in both the freezer and the refrigerator section. Although everything is staying cold, it concerns me that the freezer will be on zero and the refrigerator will be on about 32 degrees. Then the compressor goes off and the freezer will reach 15 degrees and the refrigerator section 40 degrees. Then the compressor will start up and the freezer and refrigerator temperatures will go down again. I am wondering if this is normal, but could not get an answer when I called Whirlpool.

Bought this two years ago, stop working 2 years later for both freezer and refrigerator. Spent $400 on repairing. I will give 0 rating on this brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works correctly but the shelving is peculiar. As delivered, no shelf would fit an upright 1-liter soda bottle. There are few options for adjusting the shelving which makes storage difficult. The crisper tray handles are too low, you have to bend way low to open them up (tough at age 80!)

The refrigerator is fine. It fits in the space and works. However the drawers feel flimsy, the light level is low and the shelves in the refrigerator and freezer doors do not completely close up. So they are fine for bottles but something like cheese or butter would slide through the crack.

We love our new refrigerator! I just wish there was a light in the freezer.

Quiet and plenty of room inside. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this almost a year. The favorite feature is the deli drawer, which slides from side to side, in the center of the fridge. I'm sorry it came without the factory icemaker, as installing now has a prohibitive cost. Every item is at your fingertips in this fridge design. It came with shrink-wrap plastic which we are going to leave on (recommended by me) for keeping the finish intact. Our kitchen is small; this size accommodates three people's food and drink. It fits in a tight space. Also, this refrigerator is so quiet, you don't even know it is running.

This Whirlpool refrigerator was exactly what I needed for a smalll kitchen in a rental house, price was good and it has been running great for 2 years now.......will buy again for other rentals as needed. If you need a bigger refrigerator Whirlpool is the best quality on the market as I have a 25 cu. ft. model at my home...........water and ice come out the freezer door............side by side door model.........

The fridge is fine and does what it's supposed to. The door is bigger than expected and smacks the counter - so make sure you measure for that.

Fine while it lasted, but after three years the gas leaked out of it and it was going to cost as much to repair as a new one.
