[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for the same model I purchased a year ago, which had a defective door gadget. I had to step down to this model due to finances. I would have preferred to buy a larger model with freezer on the bottom but am now on fixed income so had to step down. I am ok with this fridge. Don’t like that I have to bend over so far to get items as I’m 76 and have some orthopedic limits. The freezer is adequate but doesn’t hold much because if there is not adequate space in front of the air vents, ice cream does not freeze solid and I’m afraid other foods won’t as well. Fortunately I have a deep freeze. This model runs a lot more than my previous side by side. I am thankful for the replacement.

We upgraded our solar array last year and because this model is so efficient, our system can now support an electric refrigerator. I'm very happy with this choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically chose this model because of the door shelves. I love the large gallon sized shelves and love that I can move them up and down. Finally I can fit an opened bottle of wine in the fridge without playing tetris! The moveable deli drawer is also a very nice feature. I am convinced the freezer holds more than my old fridge did even though the external fridge dimensions are the same. I would like a little more control over the refrigerator temperature. The 'most common' setting is a little warmer than I would like and the next step up is too cold. If it was an old fashioned dial, I would just set it in between the two. I've set up a thermometer in the fridge so I can relearn what to keep where on the 'most common' setting. The freezer temperature is just fine.

Lightweight, super cold when full at recommended setting and not too loud. Just a little small compared to my last fridge. Also one of the door shelves has a very small opening to place items on the shelves, with an opening only large enough for a small marching cherry container to fit through. Other than that good buy for the price, in comparison to other options in the price range.

When I moved into my new home, my old refrigerator decided to go out. I looked around for awhile for a replacement. I am happy that I took my time and got this refrigerator. It is really large to accommodate my family. There is lots of space to store my freezer items and there are plenty of shelves on the door to store drinks and condiments. The drawers have temperature control sliders to match your produce up with the correct humidity. The deli drawer is nice size and adjustable. There is room for all my dietary needs. I love fruits and can store whole melons inside. No more over ripened fruit due to lack of storage space. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the first week I have had my Whirlpool 19.5 refrigerator; so far, so good. I LOVE IT! i like its look; and I like all the space and shelves and how cool the refigerator gets, including how cold is the freezer. The LED lighting is terrific...and the refrigerator is quiet, as well as energy efficient and qualified. Delighted with the stainless steel model; it fits and accents my kitchen's decor, although it does smudge with finger prints--a small drawback. As long as it stays cool, and the freezer stays cold, and the handles stay on, and the refrigerator doesn't start leaking or purring loudly, I am satisfied, indeed more than satisfied with my brand new purchase. It's bigger than I thought...and it suits me just fine. I have a 5-year Protection Plan, just in case; I do hope I won''t ever need to call for service. .I researched so many refrigerators; gratified that I chose thr right model and maker. Plaudits to Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a second refrigerator in the garage. The door has wonderful compartments to store all the extra beverages for family fun. The movable shelving and storage drawers are perfect for my needs.

The quality of the fridge is okay, and the motor is quiet.However it has a constant gurgling sound that seems endless.Its loud and extremely unpleasant to have to endure.Thought it would go away after a bit but it isn't going to stop apparently it just gets worse.Works well and nice layout but the annoying sound needs to be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the fridge.It works great and is very spacious.The only issue is the seal does not want to stay attached to the door.It seals but when the door is pulled open the seal comes loose from the door.Tried all suggestions to get it to lock in place to the door but nothing has worked.Other than that I am happy with it.It is very spacious with a good layout design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator on 7/1/23 to replace a Whirlpool Model: WRT318FZDW, Ser.#: VSA2648839 that was installed 11/22/21 and the coils failed on 6/26/23 after about 18 months of service. My dealer, Snow Bros., suggested this model because of its improved features. I hope this fridge doesn't fail me!

After much wasted time and a lot of spoiled food Whirlpool finally did the right thing and replaced it. I purchased Whirlpool appliances for my new kitchen makeover at my father's direction. He has had great experience with them over the years. I don't think I will give them a second chace after being treated so poorly....

We went back and forth for almost 9 months regarding a fridge that was supposed to be NEW. It was my understanding that whirlpool had a great product, but this experience has shown me I should never buy whirlpool or any affiliate companies ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a basic unit replacing a 24 year old basic unit. The unit keeps things cold, is quiet and looks pretty good. Nits: the upper surface is bowed upwards due to the sprayed in insulation. This made the unit more than a half inch taller in the middle than the edges making for a tighter fit than expected. I had to move the hinge from the right to the left side; that was no problem and the instructions were clear. It did expose a weak and poorly designed light switch. I kept bumping it shutting the light off when the door was open.. until finally, the last bump snapped it off. Hello darkness, my old friend... The 22 y/o unit also had the switch on the right but I rarely bumped it and it never broke. This is the only right/left swap issue I see.

The refrigerator arrived with missing parts and the delivery people would not reverse the door hinge side. Unhappy with their follow up. Other wise the refrig is opperational.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the egg dairy tray on door. Freezer rail in doors is narrow and certain foods may slip through.Nice fridge,not noisey. Love the white color and shelve in freezer. Sort of object to large light right in front which you have to avoid and work around.Would like bigger produce bins. They slide out nice though.Also would like the shelves to reach back farther so you can pack more in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator was delivered two weeks ago. It's a good size for one-two people. There are a couple features I would change; bigger vegetable and fruit bins, freezer light would be great, and I'd like the door shelves to be totally enclosed so items don't slip out of the bottom. Also, the door gasket is already separating from the refrigerator door and apparently is not covered by the warranty.
