Big interior, well lit. Wish I'd spent the money for a bottom freezer, however. Really have to bend down to get things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have no complaints, great sales price, nice unit. Only issues: l. Disappointed no ice cube trays or ice cube storage container. Good thing we kept our old ones. 2. Food falls out of door shelves. Made cardboard inserts to block areas. 3. Whirpool should post a notice in unit how important it is customer does not change temp settings for 24 hours. Service informed us later that there is a COMPUTER CHIP THAT CAN MALFUNCTION and cause permanent damage. We found that it took 3-4 days for unit to finally regulate temp between freezer and refrigerator sections. Wish we knew this ahead of time, would have saved a lot of frustration.

When I bought my Condo 2 years ago, this fridge came with the appliance package. After 2 years the cooling died on me. I never had a fridge die on me that quickly. Whirlpool Warranty does not cover "SEALED REFRIGERATION SYSTEM" for this model, different models different general warranties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crisper drawers could be larger, a spilt sleeves would provide greater functionality, sliding been could be larger, needs a light in the freezer, sleeves in the door are hare to adjust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works great except for one thing. On the recommended settings, the freezer does not get cold enough for ice cream to be hard. When I set the refrigerator at a colder temp, the ice cream got hard, but things started freezing in the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks into ownership of this fridge and I am very happy. It is quiet which was one of several complaints I had with my prior kenmore. The fridge is sturdy and doors shut easily (kenmore did not and often set off the alarm that the door wasn’t shut correctly). The fridge and freezer are roomy too. I only wish that the door shelves in freezer were closed at bottom like the fridge door shelves. Sometimes I have small items to store and they slip through the shelf opening. Otherwise I am happy with this purchase!

The layout allows for complete organization of our refrigerated products, there is no issue with something not fitting and the multiple compartments are great for storing all kinds of produce.

We had a height limit and this refrigerator was the perfect height. Compared to our old one this holds way less, we also find the vegetable keepers and meat/cheese drawer have smaller capacity.One thing I do like is the bigger freezer although the door shelves aren’t wide enough and things fall through.

I have so much more room than in my old refrigerator. I can't say enough other than it was certainly worth the money, it looks beautiful in my kitchen and I am going to purchase the matching stove next spring or sooner. It was really helpful to be able to review all makes on the internet but your details were more accurate and helpful for me to make my decision. I have recommended this to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer temp varies between -10 and -18 degree celsius, Repair guy told me it's a normal condition. Old refrigerator never moved above -18. frige is working as designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago , had to have the electronics replaced after basically new out of the box. Whirlpool should have replaced a fridge that needed repair right after I got it.It still does not keep a constant temperature in the freezer but I have been told that a 15 degree fluctuation between -5F and +10F is normal. I have never owned a refrigerator that does not have a separate control for the freezer. The quality of the entire fridge is poor at best, cheap plastic door shelves, no freezer light, useless freezer door shelves. It will probably have to be replaced shortly after the warrantee expires. To say the least I am not impressed and wish I had found one on display before I bought it as I would have never bought one.

This refrigerator replaced a 30-year-old unit that, while still working with a leaking seal, was very energy inefficient. This refrigerator is very energy efficient and works very well. I would have preferred the door opening on the other side, but it would have added expense to switch it.
