This works so good ! Rolls the hose up with no effort ! I always had trouble getting the hose rolled up now it's done so easy

Simple science at its finest! I bought two this summer!

I've had many of these exact reels and I love the look and concept, however they just don't last! I only use light weight 100' hose, but inevitably the automatic reel assembly fails and I need to replace the entire product every year!

Awesome!!! It winds up easy, we bought two, one for the front yard and one for the back.

It squeaks a lot like it is struggling

Great idea - very poor construction. If they would just build it with quality materials I would gladly pay more. Took it back after a week because it broke

This product is fabulous. I would strongly recommend this product to everyone.

Being physically handicapped, the Aquawinder has been a great help in my lawn care work as well as presenting a neat look for hose storage. By simply flipping a switch, the hose automatically retracts into the attractive wicker look cabinet. I only use a 75 foot plastic hose with it, and it seems to like this lightweight combination by retracting quite fast. I am quite happy with my purchase of this unit

Buyer BEWARE, the Warrantee on this item is a JOKE. The company will only send you parts and have you fix it yourself. My reel broke and it took the company three tries before they finally sent me the correct part. Of course it doesn't work that good anymore and now Leaks Everywhere!

Warranty includes additional cheaply made parts that are difficult to install. I had three of these and they never lasted more than a season and a half.

Looks good will see how it works this summer

The idea of this product is great. The product it self sucks!!!! Do not buy unless you want to scream at a hose. The parts are all plastic and warp. I have babied this item and it is still a nightmare. Trying to pull the hose out is a nightmare. I am 200 lbs solid and not weak. Feel like a I got robbed.

Not difficult to set up, works well. Great for the price. Expect it to last a few years. Only reason I give it four stars is due to it only lasting a few years.

Very slow rewind. Gets stuck often

Only 1 knock against this is the drain hose that comes with it does not fit the tube it's supposed to go on.

This is the third auto rewind hose reel I have purchased and the second Aquawinder. Would not be without one as rolling up the hose has never been so easy. Well made even though it is may from plastic. Very sturdy and looks nice vs having hose piled up until the next use. I don't think you would be disappointed.

My second one of this model has failed same as first. Cannot pull hose out. Locks up when you pull and you have to open cover and turn reel 1/4th turn at a time to get hose out. Both lasted 4-5 months then locked up.

All-plastic construction means the gears which control the winding guide can skip, so the timing gets out of sync. Then, the hose gets tangled and must be manually unwound. For $100, I expected more than one Summer's use. At least, being all plastic, it can be easily recycled. It's plastic can't handle summer heat without deforming. The dark brown color doesn't help this, either. The principal works, but the execution is cheap cr@p. Heavier plastic, or plastic with better thermal stability would make this a better tool. I'll pay more for steel with a long, manual handle, if I can't find this in a better build.

Does not rewind without falling over the handle broke and would not release the hose. We had to constantly pull out the entire hose and rewind again. Its cute but a waste of money

My auto reel works perfectly, and anyone I show it to asks where I got it. Saves my back winding heavy hoses - I bought another for the front of my house as well!

Does not work as advertised. Did not reel up hose even with assistance. Stayed to one side then wrapped around the outside of the hose reel. Had a difficult time getting the hose back out. Bought today....returning today!! 3 hours of my life I'll never get back. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. As far as the stakes to secure it, I have a concrete patio so useless! Poor execution.

This product is an exceptional addition to our yard and garden. We love not having to roll the hose and hang it up off the ground. Thank you

I bought this on sale so I was not expecting much, but it works really well and reels in the hose nicely.

I bought this for my wife who waters her flowers and complain about messing with the hose. So I got this installed it and she was watering it and complain that it was hard to pull the hose out. I ask if she turn water on first and she said she did. I then told her unwind it with water off and watch this. I show her that leaving water on I release the switch and eat pcb it roll up by itself. She was thrilled and ask me to get her another one for the front.

The aqua winder doesn't work. It doesn't wind up hose. I want to return it.

Easy to set up but broke after 2 months. All plastic is not the way to go with this design.

Purchased last summer, kept out of the weather during winter months. Hooked it back up this spring and after two uses lever broke!! Realize it's made of resin, but at $99.00, it should have lasted longer!!

It was easy to get put together and easy to make it work. I plan to add a longer discharge hose so I can water more plants with the water coming from the auto rewind feature. My only regret is that after ordering this Suncast aquawinder from Home Depot, I found similar Suncast auto winder products for $20-$25 less.
