The drawers seem to be made with quality materials, which I was pleased to see. I had originally wanted a Kitchen Aid to match my dishwasher, but so many reviews mentioned that the drawers seemed very flimsy. So I kept shopping. This is my first Samsung appliance and so far there have been no issues. Looks great, fits my space perfectly.

This refrigerator has rattled and made such loud noise since the day it was delivered, I can hear it from every room in the house. I made a claim and the day the maintenance crew was scheduled to show up, no one came. I got no phone call, email or text that the crew couldn’t make their scheduled time. I bought a Samsung with the Home Depot Warranty because I believed I was getting a quality product with a reliable maintenance warranty. I GOT NEITHER.

I wish I could have seen it before I bought it. I’m unhappy with how load ice maker is. Also you can clean underneath long shelf. I had something spill on it and it went underneath, no way to take part to clean.. other than that love it.

Won't make ice
I wouldn't wish this refrigerator on anyone. We've had multiple technicians out to try and get this ice maker to work, but it seems to break down every 6 months. We've had to resort to to ice trays as we are tired of spending $250 for a Samsung Technician to come out. Stay far FAR AWAY from this one!

      I purchased this refrigerator 3 years ago in Black and the ice maker keeps freezing up and we have to go in and defrost almost every day!!! FYI there is a Class Action Suit regarding this major problem as it is a manufacturer defect!! I had GE for years and never had this problem!! Will never buy Samsung refrigerators again! RUN Forest Run!!!!!

        i have had a samsung fridge for 4 years. i have had nothing but problems with it. and samsung cannot fix them. nor will they replace/refund my fridge. save yourself the headache and never buy samsung.

          Samsung doesn't stand by their products
          We purchased this near the end of our kitchen renovation and had to wait a few days before unwrapping and installing. When we did, the coolselect pantry drawer was crooked and the lid was sticking and scratching the inside of the fridge. Samsung refused to fix the issue even though it was a manufacturing defect. We now have a brand new fridge who's main feature we purchased it for doesn't work; to prevent further damage, we had to remove the lid, so the tempurature control is useless. They deleted my initial review off of their site page for this fridge, so don't believe the review ratings. I will not purchase another samsung home product due to their lack of support for their brands

              This refridgerator is awful, after only a year the seals have failed and condensation leaves puddles in refridgerator door and on top of freezer. The ice maker has broken now and is almost a $500.00 repair. The repairmen informed us of a class action lawsuit based on the issues we are having. He also noted the average life span for this refridgerator is less than 6 years.

                4 Repairs in last 3 month
                I have had to get this fridge fixed 4 times in the last 3 months. The ice keeps building up on the coils and ruins the fan. Every time it happens I call Samsung who tells me to call their certified repair person and they come out to fix it. The only saving grace is that since the fridge breaks so often we are covered under the 30 day parts and labour warranty.

                  Unreliable after just 4 years, does not last
                  Purchased in 2015, serviced 3 times in 2019, and not cooling again in 2020. Paid $3,500.00 for it new in 2015. My last refrigerator lasted 19 years, so we've ordered a new LG, and purchased the HD extra warranty, tired of dealing with an unreliable fridge and despite numerous manufacturer service calls. I would strongly recommend avoiding Samsung refrigerators, if reliability is important to you.

After three service calls in the first year and almost the entire inner workings being replaced it still does not function correctly. When you call for service they want u to diagnose the problem and you will have to beg them to send a service person. Refused to extend warranty. Worst appliance purchase in my 50+ year existence. A lot of money spent, a ton of headaches. Ice maker jams and has to be unclogged once a week. Stand clear of Samsung refrigerators....
