This refrigerator has nice clean lines. I like the extra draw in the middle. The only thing I don’t like is the ice machine does not keep up with our demand.

Excellent fridge

This refrigerator does not have enough room capacity for storage over all. Need to be careful closing the French doors, they don't close easily and will remain open if you don't push them to close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge works just fine for our family of five. fits very nicely in our kitchen and looks sharp with the rest of the stainless steel and black appliances. only gripe i have is that it takes a few seconds to engage the ice maker once selected and depressing the lever. not the end of the world as we are not huge on "everything with ice." shop around for filters and be careful what you are buying as there are quite a few that seem to work, but end up leaking water everywhere. you'll know you have a good one when there are two rubber seals/gaskets around the filter nozzle. all in all, love having this fridge full and chilling - with very low noise (barely hear it on).

We like the unit. I am trying to get a price match, as it went on sale a week after we bought it.

i've had this refrigerator for about 2 years. it worked fine for the first year then out of nowhere the ice make froze over and ice had gotten stuck. i though maybe it was something that might would happen that one time and be cleared up after i cleaned it out, but i was wrong. after that experience it has happened at least once a month! i'm so sick and tired and going to get ice and nothing coming out and to look in and see the ice maker frozen over. after reading more about it and seeing more reviews with the same problem, i see there is absolutely no solution to this problem. will not be buying another samsung refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've had my fridge for a few years now. we have always had problems with the ice maker freezing over. i usually have to thaw it with a hair dryer. finally after 3 years of ownership metal and plastic pieces we saw in our glasses. there's no more warranty now and the part is expensive to replace.

I bought a refrigerator

We are so happy with this fridge. It took some time to find a 33” wide fridge that had a good size. They’re generally 20 cft so we were thrilled to find this one which is 25 cft. It’s fab! Plenty of room and so easy to find things. The ice maker is steady+ works seamlessly. A bonus for us Ice loving people.

Way nicer than I expected. we ordered offline from Home Depot and had it delivered. easy to set the delivery time and was as promised

The fridge is everything we could have asked for. The associates who came to install were very professional and took into consideration our new vinyl floor we had installed in the kitchen. The ice maker works great and the capacity of the fridge is humongous! Like I said everything we could have asked for.

the bottom freezer makes a lot of noise when open

Love this refrigerator! Super spacious, great lighting, water dispenses quickly, and the ice maker works great. The only slightly negative thing I can think of is the doors need a good amount of pressure to close so it’s easy to accidentally leave it open. Fortunately it starts to beep, letting you know you haven’t shut the door(s) completely.

I'm very disappointed in Samsung for the poor design of this fridge and I don't understand why it's still on the market. I purchased this fridge for my first home about 4 years ago. Less than a year after there's extremely loud motor noises and it stops cooling. After researching I figured out theres ice build up (hidden behind the cover) and the fan freezes. So every few months I have to completely empty my fridge, unplug it, let it thaw for 24 hours, clean all the water up inside the fridge and sanitize. There's no solution, there's a design issue, and many others have reported the same issue after owning for about a year. It's not worth purchasing.
