7 Years and it died, but I do love it
I bought this in 2013 and had no BIG issues period. Had to replace water button twice for $15 a pop. Ran quiet, plenty of room, temps were perfect. Now 7 yrs later compressor just died in middle of Covid19 NY shutdown, can’t get a mechanic to even look at it who is authorized from Samsung(Not many around). What sucks is the newer version comes with the 10yr warranty on the compressor and $700 less! I know if I buy this version I would like it, an the GE and Whirlpool model we looked are cheepy and the same price, I have a bad feeling with Samsung now and torn with lack of support vs advice to go American!

This is a great refrigerated / freezer. I’m really pleased with the way it looks and functions. The plastic that covered the front doors was a little challenging to get off. It’s in the seams of the doors.

Absolutely in love with my new Samsung fridge! ...
Absolutely in love with my new Samsung fridge! Holds tons of food and the LED interior light makes it so easy to find whatever I’m looking for. The internal water dispenser is awesome! Makes ice pretty quickly too.

So far I love this fridge! Love the inside water dispenser, easy access water filter, plenty of room, and it also has one flip shelf for when you have a tall pot to put inside it opens half way! I didn't know it had this shelf, BONUS!!

This fridge has exceeded my expectations so far. More quiet than I expected. Only thing I would change/improve is if they could make the water dispenser better able to fill larger containers and coffee pots. Its doable but could be improved and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Very, very, VERY disappointing. It's not making ice, after two technician visits from Samsung. Never buying again from Samsung or Home Depot.The water dispenser button broke but it has been fixed.

Easy to use, lots of storage, does what it is...
Easy to use, lots of storage, does what it is supposed to do. Only negatives are that ice cubes often fall behind the ice tray behind the fridge, and the stainless steel finish is always smudged and impossible to clean.

Refrigerator is great !! Delivery personnel were rude and did not install new waterline we payed for. Wife asked if setup was complete which they told her yes and when she tried to use water dispenser after they left it did not work. When I got home I was able to get it going.

For its size it is quite spacious, because the ice maker is in the freezer the left door has shelves for storage. It is quiet and it uses about 20% less power than our previous unit, a same size french-door model of another brand that was 10 years old.

I bought this fridge in a combo with oven and dishwasher and microwave. Everything was going great. Until after 10 months. The freezer of the fridge went out. They sent a tech 6x to fix it. Couldnt do it. The frion leaked. Than the fridge itself went out. After being on the phone with samsung. And the repair company they decided to say they will exchange it. Than they wanted my purchase receipt of the fridge. Take in mind im still paying for it. Got about 300$ left. I have no idea where the receipt is. And they said too bad. DONT BUY SAMSUNG. THIS IS CRAZY. a multi billion dollar company. Thanks. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

So far so good. Refrigerator is big. The only problem I had is that the guys could not get it into the kitchen because it we darn near the same size as the kitchen entrance due to liability. ALWAYS MEASURE FIRST. Which I did. So after some quick schooling, I took the doors off and squeezed it gently thru the opening. We are talking millimeters. Got it in, put the doors back on. Works great and the bottom freezer is where it's at because I am getting older.The ability to just reach into the refrigerator and just pull something out is like night and day to me and my wife. Excellent!!! LOTS of space! Well lit.

We've had this fridge for around 7 months now and...
We've had this fridge for around 7 months now and we love it! The water dispenser inside is so convenient and space saving, the filter lasted us a little over 6 months and it runs perfectly! It has so much space, we absolutely love it.
