Fridge is great. Originally I was slightly concerned about some of the reviews that said it was noisy, but the fridge was such a great value for what it was, I felt it was a good bet. Glad I didn’t listen to those reviews. It was $500+ less than the next closest fridge to its kind and we love it. Every now and again it makes some little noises that let you know it’s a fridge and it’s running, but I think some of the comments made me think this was some constant noise or some war zone sound always. But it’s great. Inside water dispenser is awesome. Love that rather than the exterior water which causes you to lose the space of that entire door worth of interior storage.

I ordered this fridge in May and I am loving the buy. Plenty of space and keeps everything fresh and cold. I'm not sure why some people are commenting on the fridge being loud because I never hear mine. I would definitely order another one.

We have not had the unit very long, but so far we are thrilled with it! Looks amazing, blends well with our stainless steel and black appliances and don't see smudges and fingerprints like we did on the previous stainless steel model that we had. Love the interior water dispenser!

this refrigerator has worked fine for just over a year and a half and now the freezer doesn't stay cool., drifts up as much as 10 degrees before we have to use the power cool to drive the temp back down before our food thaws out. have tried all the reset procedures and cleaned the coils and intake vents, doesn't help after reading though the forums it appears this is a chronic problem with samsung freezes. this frig isn't even 2 years old so it's just out of warranty, figures.

It is just like the posts describes. I do not hear the knocking sound from the ice machine others have described.

Exactly what I was looking for! It's huge inside and a huge upgrade for me. The water being tucked away and not having an in-door ice maker makes for lots of interior.

Overall I loved the refrigerator, it was bigger than I expected. My only issue is the fingerprint resistant it could be better I have a 4 year old who loves to touch the refrigerator and I see her fingerprints all over it, you have to wipe it daily for sure if you have little ones.

Couldn’t have been better...

The fridge so far has been great, although I’ve only had it for a few weeks. My only complaint is that I paid extra for a new hose for the water/ice maker and to have it installed, but I didn’t realize the new place I moved into already had one. I tried to return it and was sent to 3 different stores before I was finally told I can’t return it even though the package was never opened.

We are pleased with the refrigerator, but there were problems with the delivery which are unresolved.Please advise if there is a way to speak with a customer service supervisor.Thank you,

Works well. The only negative that is actually just my opinion is that the plastic shelves in the door do seem a little cheap but haven't had a problem. No noise like other reviews. Very quiet. Yeah the ice cubes are small but has worked well so far. But to be honest a good review would be 5-10 years down the road. Like it so far!

This was a great fridge for the first year. Please research for yourself and don't trust me. Search Samsung refrigerator Frosting issues. We have lost so much food related to being spoiled from the fridge frosting over and the fan stops. Listen though, you can take everything out of the fridge and defrost the fridge for a day every 2 months. Seriously. Who can do this? My family can't. Waste of $1000. Biggest mistake ever. Do your research and don't take my word.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cooling and ice work great. the only thing i hate is the fruit and veggie drawers are not on sealed so leaves or stems get stuck and you cannot remove them so it looks a little messy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this thing is so loud you can hear it over the tv in the other room. sound like they forgot the refrigerant oil. service tech came today, manually turned it on and said that's how they sound and left.

This refrigerator is sleek and stylish on the outside. Surprisingly, it's very roomy inside. We usually have two refrigerators for our family of five, but we recently moved and haven't obtained a second refrigerator. We've had no issues stocking up on grocery items with this refrigerator.

The ice maker stopped dropping the ice. I could not find anything from Samsung to remedy this but did follow some suggestions I found by googling. Called Samsung and now have a service call for a refridgerator I have used for 2 months...

completely baffled by all the positive reviews. first the water dispenser stopped, then the ice maker, and now it will not stay cold. total lemon. never again, samsung.

We like this fridge so far with all its features and elegant design compared other design, models and brands. Its very quiet, efficient with lot of space inside. However it requires few major design improvements and reliability between the "Flip tilting bar" closure mechanism that terribly failed.
