The light was very low not what I was expecting! Not worth the money!

I just got this today. No flame effect at all!! The noise button won't work! I thought it would look like a fake fire but it doesn't. It looks like red light. Isn't there supposed to be a flame effect? The red light turns off after 30 seconds. I think the one I got is faulty?

Looks very nice in our old fireplace.

The decorative fireplace insert was exactly as pictured and described. It was a good value and was exactly what we needed to fill a space we never used for a real fire. We are very happy with our purchase and the delivery service.

I bought for the pleasant ambience it provides for my home on cloudy, dreary days to brighten up a dark fireplace opening. Of course, I take it out if I use gas fireplace burner.

Exactly what I was looking for. I had flameless candles in the fireplace and it was such a hassle to replace batteries. Now I don't have to worry because all I do is turn the electric hearth and it just fills the room with a warmth and glow. I like the crackling sounds of wood burning. I also like there are two settings to lower the crackling sound. The price was unbelievable, very inexpensive and the best part shipped right to my front door via free shipping. The room looks beautiful with the electric logs and Christmas decorations.

The device is good but the first delivery came with a leg broken. We returned it to a store and order again another one online.

Just had to plug it into an outlet.

The on-off switch is hard to reach!!!

The fire sound is very loud, like you are at a outside bonfire and low isn’t any better. I returned it and tried another like it, but this had no fire sound
