Very good it provides joy!

for the price it looks good. agree with most that the sound is not very authentic. fills a spot in a 100year old fireplace that is not to have fires built in it.

I love it and everyone that I allowed to come in my house wants one!

This creates a nice little glow that mimics embers that vary in brightness. Very simple. Just plug it in and turn on the switch. For the price it creates a nice warm glow. There are no flames of any sort. It does have crackling fire sounds, but they sound more like popping fireworks. Not pleasant at all. I never turn that on.

Great value for the price, can't beat it for $50.

Perfect fit for my ventless fireplace. Radiates a warm, ambient glow (no heat). Really looks like glowing embers in the fireplace. I'm very pleased with it.

This was exactly what in was looking for.... I built my faux fireplace without looking at dominations on any electric fireplace, turns out I built the opening too small.... after searching I found this one and it was perfect!

it is pretty, a little smaller than we imagined from description....biggest complaint is the switches...they don't work as one might expect...there is apparently is a breaker set up as we can turn it off with a remote controlled outlet, but it won't turn back on....there is also a cross over in the two switches, as turning off the irritating "crackling" sound also turns off the light....none of this is covered in the scant instructions.

It was perfect for my shabby chic fake fireplace! I love it. The only thing is the sound effect for the crackling fire noise, it's a bit much..dont really sound good, but i just keep that turned off! Definitely recommend and the price was worth it! Shipping was fast!

I got my fireplace over the weekend. i really like the "glowing" embers. It adds some nice visual ambiance to my space. The sound they have recorded is not good. it sounds like a roaring fire with very unrealistic snaps and pops. I have chosen to put a Bluetooth speaker in there and play a fireplace on YouTube. I would recommend this if you don't mind the bad sound or using your own makeshift sounds.

I bought for my daughter for christmas, but she found one she liked better.

The service receiving the Hearth was great however it did not meet my expectations. I thought it would be more realistic, but I guess the old saying is true, you get what you pay for.
