As we have not changed the manufacturing process on our cartridges recently we can be fairly sure that the cartridges are not causing the issue as it did not exist before. There are a few things that can cause blue water, but the root of the blue water revolves around copper. Most importantly we would recommend a comprehensive water test to ensure you do not have unhealthy levels of copper in your water.
