I still have white build up on my faucets….and my...
I still have white build up on my faucets….and my city says the water is softened? It did nothing….…would not recommend!! Told people on line from NuVo …no comments. Waste of hundreds of dollars.

just a horrible product
I used this for 1 year. Smells bad, tastes bad. I stopped ising it. Waste of money!

I’m not sure what is going on with this product...
I’m not sure what is going on with this product as I have had their water softener for years. The last two cartridges that were shipped have turned my water blue and given our water a bad taste that will not clear up after several days. The last one I finally went on bypass until I received another cartridge from my automatic renewal plan. This is day 4 of blue foul water.

The science behind the filter system seems sound and it's a lot more convenient and cheaper long term compared to other water conditioning systems. However, it's too soon to know how effective the system is since it has only been a short time with the NuvoH2O system installed. Also, if you don't use the recommended flexible hoses for the inlet and outlet side of the filter system make sure add plenty of Teflon tape to your 1" male fittings or you will get leaks.

Turns water blue
Had system for 3 years no problems. The last 2 cartridges turn water blue even when following manufacturer instructions.will not be buying anymore cartridges and will be looking for new system.

As we have not changed the manufacturing process on our cartridges recently we can be fairly sure that the cartridges are not causing the issue as it did not exist before. It is important to us that you have healthy soft water, so please see the suggestion below and reach out to our customer service team for further help.
There are a few things that can cause blue water, but the root of the blue water revolves around copper. Most importantly we would recommend a comprehensive water test to ensure you do not have unhealthy levels of copper in your water.
