Easy set up ... cools room off well . Don’t like that the fan is always on even if the unit is at room temp and compressor isn’t running . Need to have better instructions on how to operate the unit , I ended up looking it up on utube . But over all a great buy .

The fan blower on this unit blows harder than any other unit I've used in the past! The filters are sturdy. The interface is straightforward. The air is cold! If I had one minus, I don't like how the vent hose connects to the unit without a coupler.

Good air conditioner for the money. Note it defaults to "auto" mode which isn't clearly documented on how to use - set the thing up in that mode and it kept everything at 80 degrees - a little warm when the outside temperature was close to 100! Bypassing this and setting it directly into "cooling" mode fixed the issue and it cools nicely. It does tend to run a bit on the noisy side, but I can take that okay if I'm cool! This replaces a DeLonghi that lasted about 20 years, so if we get this much out of this one as well I will be very impressed. About 20 pounds lighter and much smaller than the old unit as well. So far so good. Home Depot was very prompt with the shipping too - got it here in a timely manner to help in this very hot Summer!

The only thing wrong is that It needs to be more specific in its description of the drain. We had to buy a hose for it to drain into a bucket. Otherwise it’s Awesome.

We love it so far but some needs to design a better window kit just for RV'S. I'm going to devize something to keep the cold air from going out the window I'm venting through.

I have had this unit for about a month. This unit does not meet my expectations for cooling down my house. It does cool down a small area, like maybe 200 square feet, but certainly not the 500 sq. feet it advertises. It has never reached the 76° temp I set it for, so it runs continuously because it has never gotten lower than 80°. Would be good in a small bedroom or any smaller room, but won't cool down much more than that. It certainly won't cool down a small dining room/living room. My house is only 854 sq. feet and I have the unit vented in my dining room window which is next to my living room (open floor plan). I close off the bedrooms and other rooms but it doesn't even cool the living room. It is also very noisy, especially when the compressor kicks on and off. This unit is not worth what I paid for it. Very disappointed. The unit is too large for me to repackage and too heavy for me to take it in to return It, and I could not afford shipping costs, so I am stuck with it.

I've only had it for a week but it works great. It cooled our living area (open concept) by 10 degrees. It's been great!

It is big enough for the room according to the product details. I also have another running at the opposite end of the room and between they only keep the house to 80 degrees when 100 outside. and neither one of them shut off, they just keep running and can't keep up with the heat

What does the carbon filter do. Poor instructions

Good for small room. Be sure to insulate the hose. I used Cool- aid.

So far so good. 4 star means they could have made it quieter.

I love it. It’s small and blows out very cold air - I keep our living room to 70 degrees. It also helps with my allergies during the season because I can keep my windows closed.

I've had one of these types of a/c units per year every year for the last 5 years, this is only one that hasn't broken in the first 3 months. It only has 1 drain spout, not 2 like others to make you confused on which one to hook for water drainage and like I said it keeps going and going and did I mention not breaking?

I have only had this a couple of weeks and used it sporadically. So far, it works as well as any portable A/C unit could in a garage in a sub-tropical climate.

Absolutely Terrible.. Air was not cold. Couldn't even cool my room that is 16' x 19".. Brought the Unit back to Home Depot and bought the LG 10,000 BTU and it works Great.

Today, I contacted them and they were friendly and fixed my problem right away. No fussing at all. The product itself, it is the best AC I have so far. I had couple of window AC as well as portable ones but this one really cools down the place. It’s been little more than a year that I’ve been using this AC , so far very happy with product and customer service.

Cools room nicely. At first, it would shut down. But I realized I wasn't giving the air conditioner enough space around it. After I moved it from position, it worked good, and didn't shut down.
