It works great if you are only cooling 200 square feet of space and the space is ground level, anything bigger forget about it, especially if the space your trying to cool is on the 2nd floor, then its worthless.

Very easy too hook up..keeps us nice and cool!

So far everything is good.

The product did not come on time as I expected it to but once I did receive it I was really pleased. It was easy to set up and it keeps me cool in my living room while I'm exercising.

Have a 100+ yr old hse. Had central air put in last yr. does not cool our upstairs bedroom quite as cool as we hoped. Plus we have two GSD who sleep in the room. It gets hot in there. Saw a review on this on YouTube with OUT OF GOSHEN. They loved it, so I figured I would try it. Easy install. Easy to use. Sounds like a regular window unit so to me it’s white noise. Cools the room perfectly. I love this and should have bought it last yr!! The ONLY issue is that the remote control screen does not light up when using it so at 1am if you want to change anything your gonna need a light on. Other than that I have no issues and highly suggest if your on the fence to buy one that you just buy it. You won’t be sorry. Just ask my dogs. No more panting or up n down all night looking for a cool spot on the floor lol

I have this in my small mobile. It keeps the living/kitchen area cool on our hot days. I was hoping it would be a bit stronger but so far it seems to work okay.

This thing is a life saver! I love it. I have an open floor plan that is just under 600 square feet, but it still keeps the main area comfortable. It does not make the full 600 square feet cool. I do keep the drapes closed to help with the heat. It isn't silent but the noise is minimal. The only real down side is the slide adjustment for the part you put in the window for the exhaust doesn't fit very well so there are gaps.

Extremely efficient and fairly quiet. The louvers are wonderful for directing the air. We would highly recommend NewAir!

Assembly wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately it’s very loud, and to only have to cool a bedroom it certainly isn’t capable. Very disappointed with it.

We had to return it....it kept Tripping the breaker’s in my mothers home.

Bought some 2 months ago- unit has failed/defective. Customer Service Agent at NewAir- Hienifer, stepped in and resolved the issue. A new replacement unit is in transit.

I would have given this ac 4 stars but as luck would have it as of about 3 hours ago it started tripping my breaker every time the compressor kicked on. The unit was performing great for the last couple weeks until now. Hoping its nothing serious otherwise I'll be contacting the manufacturer. If problem resolves itself or store or manufacturer fixes or replaces unit I'll be more than happy to resubmit at least a 4 star or higher review.
