Faulty
I bought my first one plugged it in and automatically had issues with shut down. Called and they sent me a new one, again unit shuts down. I've filled the reservoir, moved the unit to a smaller room, adjusted the vent hoses etc etc. I live in Wyoming so we have hot and dry summers. I am sending the replacement back as well and going to look elsewhere.

Great For Second Floors
I have a two story home which I don’t have zone heating and cooling. This is portable air conditioner has made my bedroom how much better place to be. Before I had this portable air conditioner, I would never stay in my bedroom. Now I can Sleep at night and actually need a cover. Besides that I actually do not have a ugly unit hanging out my window in the front of my house.

Purchased to cool the combo kitchen-dining-living area of a 1-bedroom apartment. On 90 F days, unit was able to keep 3100 cu ft down to 74 F when running full-blast. Construction looks and feels a little cheap but aesthetics are pleasing and in the end, it works.

Does not cool like it says.It says a room up...
Does not cool like it says.It says a room up to 400 sq feet. My room is 200 and it did not do much. it was propperly instaled . If its a cool day with no sun then I felt a little sonething. This was my 3rd one to return so I now have no faith in portables.

have 20' x20' = 400sq. ft. was to cool 525 sq. ft they must be including height for total misleading the room would be 10'x10'x5' -500 sq. ft. as with 10' height only 50 sq ft room small room makes nice fan but pretty $$$ for fan
