Wanted a motion sensor switch for our laundry room as the main light switch is behind the door as it opens making it a pain. This switch works nicely. Wired it to the existing switch, so I keep that on, put this sensor switch directly across from the door so it comes on as soon as the door opens. I wish I had done this years ago.

Easy install and simple programming. Works well

Used it in the ceiling of my garage to turn on the lights. I had to hang it at an angle so it could see the areas that I needed it to sense. Having done that, it works great.

Easy to install. Easy to program. Works as designed.

Good item but will only work on 2 amp max, also watch out if you get a power outage they may quit working. I had the power go out and the unit would not work, had to buy a new one.

I tried: - replacing the first switch that I bought - changing the sensitivity setting - blocking the sensor altogether - wiring to the neutral vs wiring to the ground In every case, the lights would often be on with no one present in the room. I finally gave up!! This thing must be sensitive to solar flares or moon phases or something, because for such a simple device, it just wouldn't work

Easy to install, and great tech service at Lutron.

The only downside was that the instructions are only for parallel wiring not series. I had to go online and search for answers. It me took a while and almost returned the product before I finally got it to work.

After 15 years, my old motion detector failed and I had to replace it. I chose this Lutron and it performs much better than the old one ever did. Because I now have something to compare it to, I can rate it “5” Excellent.

This product is easy to install and the instructions are fairly clear.The only downside is that I will have to remove the face plate to reprogram the switch period
