Really nice motion sensor switch. The adjustable time to keep light on after motion is nice. When it senses motion the switch clicks louder than you'd expect, that's the only oddity of it.

Quick reaction, audible response.
Bought these to put in my pantry and laundry room. They are very sensitive, and the lights turn on as soon as I open the door. I also like that you can program the switch to change how long the light will stay on once it stops detecting occupancy in the room. The switch does make an audible clicking noise when turning on or off, but I kind of like that. Installation was also a breeze, and detailed instructions are included.

I have experience with this brand, Lutron, as I installed these motion sensor lights in my old house. Our new home purchase we felt needed the same treatment, I installed them for exhaust fan and light in the bathrooms, laundry room, closets and master bathroom. Once you look over the instructions, it gets easier. The past on I installed took me 20 mins. Absolutely love them and so do our friends.

The switch works great, but the video left the impression that the faceplate came with it. Maybe I should have known better, but it is frustrating that I now have to pay for shipping again to get the second part of the product, or just leave an ugly gap on the wall

Works as advertised. Only con is how to program, it’s hit or miss. After shutting off electricity, installing took less than 15 minutes.

Terrible
This dimmer switch requires a separate "switch" wire in order to work. In an older home, if you have a hot wire, neutral, and a ground wire... where the wall switch connects the hot and neutral wire to turn the power/light on... THIS WILL NOT WORK. It wasted over an hour of my time trying different wiring combinations.

Hello Allan, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your MS-OPS2H Maestro Sensor Switch installation. This particular sensor switch does require a true earth ground wire or dedicated neutral feed connection in order to function. We do however, offer a Maestro dimmer sensor (model MSCL-OP153M) which does not require a ground or neutral connection. That product may be better suited for your application, as long as the light being used with it will be dimmable.
