I bought this a few months ago. It is easy to use. More features that I may use. Love the extended fan. It's a great microwave.

I always have issue with the steam fogging up the microwave, but this extension features not only help to better remove steam it helps prevent steam going onto the microwave face. Only issue is there are no short cut button to timing have to press the full 100 for 1 min

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new microwave and looking forward to the use of it. We had an LG microwave that went out and went with LG again. We hope this one works good like our last one.

This was only installed recently, but I am liking the features so far. The "Extend-a-vent" is really nice but does add at least an inch to the height of the unit. This isn't a problem for me, but something to note. I expect to have it for many years to come with few to no problems. One of the reasons I wanted LG was for reliability.

So many fun features on the microwave. Enjoying using it. Food always comes out nice and hot. With my other microwaves I always fought to get a good temperature. Really happy with this pick.

Purchased in Dec 2020, by Jan 2021 the screen freezes and only resets when the door is open. Of course the warranty is only one year. Seems like a widespread problem - never buying LG again

Microwave works as advertised, so far. I chose LG based on perceived quality over other brands. I like the fan assembly that extends.

I bought this microwave 3 years ago and has already stopped working. I bought all new LG appliances which included stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer and after 3 years the refrigerator and microwave have already went out. Never again will I buy LG appliances.

We have had LG appliances for a while now and believe them to be the best in the market for quality, pricing and appearance. We have priced various makes and models and found LG to be the best deal. There is no doubt when you purchase an LG product it's a win, win all around. We recently sold a property for which we had LG appliances, and they made a difference the buyer asked if we were leaving them, and we said we were the buyers were elated. We are an LG family my kids also have LG appliances in their homes and life is good.

I got my new over the range microwave a couple of weeks ago and I really love it!! It has a lot of room inside. I really like the front glass touch controls. It also comes with a rack inside. Extremely easy to clean.

Man they really don't make them like they used to. My last microwave lasted 15 years and was I replaced it with this only because of a remodel. Terrible mistake apparently, the screen died on this and now it's almost impossible to use. Of course the warranty is only 1 year, which should have been a clue as to how long they expect the machine to last.

Our over-the-range microwave has been a key appliance as we use it multiple times each day. From cooking cereal for breakfast to reheating lunch items to preparing vegetables to cooking dinner meals to heating water for tea in the evening, our microwave never fails us. The "sensor cooking, defrost, soften, and melt" options take the guesswork out of my cooking. Of all of the microwaves we have owned, this LG model definitely stands head and shoulders above the others. We have recommended this LG microwave to our friends.

I am in love with the pop out fan feature. You can just pop it out when cooking and blocks the steam coming up from my stove. Steam ruined my last microwave. It also has double the fans as my last microwave.

Powerful over stove light. Double exhaust which is wonderful for me since I have COPD. Large handle to grab. Inside has roomy 2.2 cu. feet of space. Love the timer and many other functions to choose.

This baby is big and strong. Has two shelves so you can heat multiple dishes at once. Also has a pull out fan to be able to vent ALL the burners on the stove below. So COOL! I’m loving the features such as warming dinner plates, popcorn and defrosting stuff. I am short so I can’t see inside as it heats so I have to check by opening the door (it is installed above my stove). Overall great microwave!

This microwave always looks dirty, clean fingers leave greasy looking fingerprints! Beware “Easy clean”only refers to the inside. Specs listed set as “fingerprint resistant “. Already had to replace the control panel due to error code that malfunctioned and froze on screen. The only good thing is the extended vent and size.

I’ve been very happy with the preset settings for reheating foods. Had one spill and cleanup was easy. The extendable vent works great over the range grabbing all the smoke and vapors. Looks nice and substantial. Changeable carbon filter seems a bit difficult to get to and installers were not aware that you could change it. My only concern is poor visibility of the contents inside while it is heating. It is very dark and so you’d need to be pretty tall to see the contents with the small amount of light.

The extenda vent system doesn't work properly. It was bent and askew. This causes a lot of noise whenever I use the microwave. At this point I have abandoned it as an appliance and will wait until I can afford a product made by a company that will uphold their warranty.

The oven heats well but the bulb that comes on when the oven is activated blew out and I have been unable to have it repaired without an expensive cost, when the oven is only a year old.
