Love it!
This is my second Advantium. When I moved into a new place I missed it and just had to replace my old GE that was 18 years old. I'm happy again.

GE PROFILE Avantium Microwave
Absolutely the BEST. This is our third one. The last being due to moving into a new house. It was worth the wait. We have never been disappointed in this brand and model. Guarantee you will LOVE it.

Good features but disappointing quality
Bought this to replace Advantium microwave of many years. Liked the features but very disappointed in the quality or lack thereof. It broke after only 5 months of very light usage and proved challenging to repair accordingly. Expected a better value equation for the $ spent.

It doesn’t work.
It took 4 months for the microwave to come in. The first time I went to use it it didn’t warm my coffee…..the microwave failed to microwave. I am now waiting 3 months for the replacement to this not functioning microwave. 7 months to replace my over the cooktop microwave!!!!!!!

THE NEW ADVANTIUM REALLY LOOKS SHARP BLENDING FLAWLESSLY WITH MY OTHER APPLIANCES. INSTALL WAS A SNAP OUT WITH OLD IN WITH THE NEW. FEATURE RICH AND VERY VERSATILE.

Great Combo
I had my other Advantium 14 years, home warranty replaced it, if you need two ovens, and a microwave, save your counter space, this is the perfect solution, works wonderful from popcorn to cakes, my daughter has one also

GE Can't Fix This!
While the features are highly desirable, it has broken twice. The last time was in April, and the parts will not be available until June. I don't trust that GE can keep this operating under warranty, let alone once the warranty expires. I would not by this oven again.

Like the performance
I purchased this as a group of GE appliances when remodeling my kitchen. I previously had a toaster oven and microwave sitting on my counter taking up much needed space for cooking/baking. This item is a toaster oven/microwave combined. I've not used the "oven" much, but have used the microwave daily. I'm still getting used to the different features, but overall, I thing it was a good purchase.

Customer support for product
We had an issue with the door handle breaking. After mentioning the problem in an otherwise great review, I was contacted via email by Mike in the appliance support department. Mike immediately offered to send me a new door handle, free of charge. Mike and I exchanged a few emails and he was very prompt with communication as well as resolution of this issue. I can’t say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of GE. It is exceptional to have a big company like GE care about an individual customers’ needs. Thank you GE and thank you Mike.

Love GE

Took a little getting used to, but now love it!
The “controls” are definitely in line with new technology! It took some getting used to this product, but once I did, I really do love it! I have not been able to find a way to display the time, but other than this I love all of the other features.

Stopped working after 2 years + 1 month
I was warry about spending this much on a glorified microwave and should have gone with my gut. After only 2 years the thing is completely dead.

This isn’t the positive ownership experience we want to provide for you, and we’d like to help.
As the microwave isn’t working at all, you may want to check the circuit breaker or fuse to ensure adequate power is reaching the unit. Disconnecting the microwave completely from power for a couple minutes before reconnecting can help in some cases, as that resets the electrical components. Other troubleshooting tips are listed in the manual, starting on page 32: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-7000135.pdf . If you are not able to resolve this concern through troubleshooting, our Service Department is available at 1-800-432-2737. A technician would be able to properly diagnose and repair the issue.

Great microwave
We owned on previously at our house we just sold. That GE Advantium lasted 20 years and we left it in the house when we sold it. Hoping this new one lasts the same.

Great microwave
Love this microwave… replacing on older one due to the handle breaking. My only complaint is there is no override to get the clock to continuously show… why did you have to change that! We all use the microwave clock!
