Love the multi function oven!
This is my second Advantium oven. I love that it serves as a regular oven as well as a microwave. It’s nice to have two ovens during the holidays.

Micro or oven it’s great!
Love it. You can cook so many different things in it without having to use the oven. Love the clean look and it really does a great job cooking roast. It has some many recipes already programmed for you.

Microwave features lacking. No connectivity.
This unit has a TON of features that are AMAZING. However, the microwave functionality is quite poor compared to other units. Since this was designed as “over the range”, one would think that any unit of this cost would be stellar in all modes. The unit does not connect to WiFi, so I don’t think there is any way to update it. The clock also automatically shuts off, without any option to keep it on.

new features i like
I started buying the ge convection ovens over 15 years. i recently had to purchase a new one after 7 years of the old one. new features i'm getting used to, but would not own any thing else.

advantium review
I love this oven, but the broil heats unevenly. The time does not stay on all the time, you have to open the door to see the time.

Good but not the same
This was a replacement for an Advantium over the range oven. The oven function was just like a regular oven, just a lot smaller. Could use metal plans. The new version speed cook requires food on the metal tray & you can't use metal pans. They can be used for convection but it takes much longer. Foods like nachos or flautas do not get crisp. Constantly having to read directions to make sure the proper tray & cooking utensils are used.

Love the addition of the racks to cook casseroles
Love being able to bake and speedcook. Especially love speed cooking baked potatoes so they taste like they came from the oven and not microwave. This replaces our previous advantium that we’d had for 21years- the door broke on it

terrible microwave
It is terrible. You have to do 15 seconds and none less. Terrible and the center part inside is just flimys and never stops bouncing

Great product
It works great - just tough to clean. Wish there was a "steam" function that allows for easy cleaning - or better yet - a self clean.
Keeps me from using it with food that splatters.

great machine
this is my second advantium. 1st one died in a bad electrical storm, took 6 weeks to get a new one. stellar machine only thing that BUGS ME DEATH is the clock on the display turns off to "save" energy. yet if i leave the HIGH WATTAGE halogen bulb on the light the cook top, the clock stays on
talk about wasting power.
i understand its a BIG GOVERNMENT thing, but somebody is dumb as a box of rocks. why cant i have a small clock display that burns almost NO ENERGY ???

Adventium microwave
I absolutely love my new microwave it does everything and it's also a convection oven. Go check one out I think they are well worth the extra money, you won't be disappointed. It's really nice to have the extra oven. This microwave is truly beautiful it modernize my kitchen and it's easy to keep clean

Review for Advantium PSA9120SP1SS
The Advantium convection microwave (PSA9120SP1SS) oven has a sleek modern design which I like. However, this new microwave oven appears to be loud when in use unlike my old Advantium PSA1201RSS01. Also, the clock in the control panel does not stay displayed after you initially set the clock.
Since I have only had this convection microwave for less than 2 weeks, I cannot comment on whether this product functions well and whether it will last as long (close to 10 years) as my old Advantium.

Good appliance
This is to replace my 20 year, old, convection oven, the next mile over. The only thing I wish General Electric, GE would have done is to leave the push buttons on there instead of having a flat panel with the lettering on it. It’s easier to have a little button on there for each function to press then to have to do with the new way. I have had disabilities and that’s the only qualm I have with this model. Otherwise it’s great and I recommend it.
