Thermistor (controls the oven temp.) needed replacing after less than 1 month of use. Using convection mode, the unit takes longer to cook compared with a conventional oven at same temp. This is just a toaster oven and microwave combined…at a very costly price ! My other microwave (only) performs better than this unit. I am sorry I spent my money on this unit. I am very disappointed.

It works well and looks nice. It's what we were looking for and the price was in the ballpark

Bought this to replace the exact same model I had for 10 years. The only issue I had in those 10 years was needing to replace the bulb at the 9 year, 6 month mark, which I was able to perform myself. Otherwise, flawless performance for life of the appliance.

This is a newer model of the GE Profile that I had. It seems to work as well as the previous model that I had for about 8 years. Minor changes in door and position of controls but all in all, the same good GE product.

wish the food would get hotter. Not sure why review can't be in as few words as i am writing.

This is my first in-cabinet GE microwave, and I have had excellent service from both units.

Microwave works well; Convection oven mode, however, makes an alarming grinding noise, both during pre-heat and cooking.

Bought this for the Convection/Microwave capabilities. Have used both features numerous times. Always perfect- Cooks well and quickly. Definitely recommend.

Features are a very disappointment very old fashion.

We just replaced our 15 year old GE profile with the latest similar model. Happy with the results.

I purchased this microwave a month ago. I absolutely love it! I would rate it a 5 but, I have not used the convection side so I am not comfortable rating it higher. The time cook, express cook, and being able to adjust the power is great! This appliance is also easy to clean. So far, I have no complaints and am more than impressed with my purchase! I highly recommend this GE convection microwave

This microwave oven is the replacement for the exact same one we kept for 12 years without any problems.

This is the second one of this model in 12 years. First is still running ok but do not know how much longer. Rely on it daily so new purchase.

Our previous GE Profile Microwave died this week after 10 years. We replaced it with the same model which was still available. We love the convection feature and have familiarized ourselves with all the options, so this made it an easy choice.

Broke twice in 2 months. But otherwise performs well.

I am happy that I also got the convection oven feature, it preheats in half the time of my larger overn.

I bought this because have a hard time bending over to get things out of a regular oven. It cooks just like a standard oven. I am very happy with it.

It is a perfect size microwave for someone who likes to simply reheat a meal or cook frozen vegies/dinners. It looks sharp and does not take up too much space.

Works better roasting meats then I ever expected. Love the combo cook features.

have been without one for 2 mo. & am glad to have it will take some time to learn how to use all features is not a unit which you can just walk up to & use has some unusual buttons and knobs

It was a replacement for the older model that we had for 12 years. Wanted the same product and there are only minor changes.

The microwave functions very well. It has good capacity. When using combination it preheats very quickly compared to my last convection microwave. This is also the first microwave that I've had that has a control knob. I like it very much. It gives more control and less button pushing.

For the most part I am very pleased with this product. I found that operating it is not obvious like my previous GE microwave. Setting the cook time and power are tricky, however, once you get the hang of it like everything else it is not a big deal

Have had this microwave for several months now and both my wife and I are very pleased with it. I heats things faster than our previous microwave. Cleans up nicely since it is stainless steel on the inside. We have used most of the functions on it and have been pleased. One note, you can only set the Cook time in 15sec. increments, 15, 30, 45, etc...

I had the same microwave/convection oven for over 14 years so I decided to replace it for a newer model.

Bought this a couple of months ago. The microwave is great. Th.e convection oven is a huge disappointment. It takes over 35 minutes to cook a small pizza. That's at 450 degrees.. I made a small meatloaf and it took over an hour at 350 degrees. I am very disappointed in this product. When using the convection mode the oven sounds like it's going to explode. I would not recommend this oven. It was very expensive and not worth the price I paid. My rating would be zero
