"works as designed"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought on memorial day, it's never fully dried the dishes while on HEAT & infact leaves grime all over them, even while completely prewashing them & heating the water at the sink prior. Technician came out & repeatedly told me the dishwasher "functions as designed". After 30 minutes of side speak, he finally said, what did I expect when I bought a cheap dishwasher. Obviously, clean dry dishes is too much.

I am so sorry to hear about your dishwasher experience, dissatisfiedinGA. I may have some things that could help. There are many conditions that can impact cleaning and drying, the most common being temperature. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-130 degrees for the best cleaning and drying potential. If you are uncertain if your water is the appropriate heat, check your water heater's temperature reading. To help get the hottest water to your dishwasher, try letting water run in your sink until it’s hot (like you do before getting in the shower). This "primes the pump", it gets hotter water to your dishwasher faster. Your dishwasher uses about 3-4 gallons per cycle, limiting the opportunity the water has to warm up if it doesn’t start off hot enough. Don’t forget to use rinse aid, it really makes a difference. Check to make sure the rinse aid dispenser is full. The dispenser window may show a dot to indicate its level, or it may function like a fuel gauge. If the dispenser is low, remove the cap and fill the reservoir (page 11 in your Owner’s Manual). Be sure to clean the filter regularly (page 12 in your Owner’s Manual). Selecting the heat dry option in combination with rinse aid will enhance drying performance. ). Water pressure is a factor that can’t be overlooked either, the hot water line to the dishwasher must provide between 20 and 120 psi. Are you on a well system? Cut-off and cut-on pressures at the water pump may be too low. Turn up the cut-off and cut-on pressure on the water pump system as needed. Nice looking.

I have a small house and it's not the quietest but it doesn't bother us when we watch TV. I would definitely recommend it if you want a good dishwasher and are on a budget.

New Dishwasher!

We recently moved into a home with this unit installed. After 1 month of use, we are very happy. It is quiet, efficient and I can fit a ton of dirty dishes inside. We have not used any of the additional features yet, delay wash or top rack wash only, but it’s good to know we have options. It almost works too well, after a wash we need to prop the door open so we get 100% dry. This is common with many of the units I’ve had in the past and would not keep us from recommending this to friends.

More or less does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is much louder than my old one and my dishes consistently come out wet. The silverware basket retains water to the degree that you need to put a towel down on the counter before you can unload your silverware drawer.

Great machine for the money!

Being rental units I didn't want to spend a ton on a dishwasher and with these Frigidaire machines I didn't have to. They are simple enough for my tenants to use, they do a great job and they have been very dependable. Buy one and find out for yourself.

Lots of space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our dishwasher about 5 mths ago. My Mother in law has one and said she was very pleased with it.
That was all I needed to hear.
I walked into the showroom, went right to the model I wanted and told the sales clerk that's what I want.
My husband installed it and it has done a great job cleaning and drying my dishes not to mention the large amount of dishes it holds.
I'm very pleased!

Quiet operation
I purchased this from HD.com last month for my new place. It is a decent size and operates quietly. It has 3 settings for low, medium and heavy wash cycles. It also does a great job of cleaning the dishes.

Good Dishwasher

Hate it!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for about 4 months. There is nothing about it that I like! It doesn't clean the dishes, many come out with something black on them. There are at times black residue in the tub. I have to leave it propped open to dry it out after running it to keep mold from forming. Hard to find put dishes in.

6 months old & new pump

About every other load it will not pump out correctly. New pump last week and it still does the same thing. When it works it cleans well, Butt!!!!!!

My older Frigidaire dishwasher was better

Quiet - great for open concept homes!

We can watch tv, sit at the island or enjoy being in the family room while running the dishwasher! No more waiting to run until bedtime (and often forgetting to turn on) the dishwasher.

Worst product ever.

Noisy

for deep plate. Machine noisier than my previous one.
