[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Frigidaire 3 cycle dishwasher 3 years ago at Christmas. We figured for the inexpensive price we would need to replace the new Frigidaire in no time but since it was Christmas we didn't want to spend much. Turned out to be the best purchase ever. We have three teenagers for a total of 5 living in this house so you can imagine the use/abuse this dishwasher takes. Works amazingly well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher 2.5 years ago and have had no problems until now. It will run through the whole cycle and after it drains it drains water all over my kitchen. When I turn it off and open the door there is still water in the bottom. It doesn’t seem like it has completed its draining cycle. I have checked for kinks, clogs, overfill protector, and cleaned all of my piping and tubing to the sink. Not sure how to fix this problem. Any help?

This was in the house when we moved in. It is fairly quiet but does don’t dry well

This dishwasher was installed Sept 2014 in new house. Overall does a good job cleaning dishes. Does run a long time and makes different noises, like surges off and on during the cycle. Run at night so I don't have to hear it. Tips of racks have the plastic starting to wear off in a few prongs. This may lead to rush in the future.

I bought this three months ago and it has already started giving me problems with drying all the cutlery. It’s an economical machine but I would rather spend more and gets better one next time.

Dishwasher quit draining after 13 months, fighting with warranty to get fixed. Had Frigidaire refrigerator with bad icemaker from factory that took 6 months to get them to look at. Never again will I buy an appliance from Home depot and never again a Frigidaire product.

We've had this model for about 16 months without any real problem. Our dishes come out cleaner on average than other models we've had in the past. It's quiet enough but it's obvious when it's running. Easy to load and operate. I only know of two minor complaints. It collects "goo" on the inside of the door at the very bottom. I'm sure it's sanitized but it looks bad. However, it only takes about 10 seconds to occasionally wipe it out with a paper towel. The other thing is that is sometimes gets confused (or we do) if you open it to add another item right after you've started it. Cancelling the program and starting over seems to work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that some models are quieter and the collected goo. But it cleans dishes and has not had a failure. I decided I should write a review to be fair to Frigidair. We are shopping for all new kitchen and laundry appliances for a new house. It is impossible to find a current model (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ) from any brand that doesn't have 10+% of it's reviews mentioning failures at 1 week, repeat failures or significant problems like water leaks. This dishwasher has been perfect in that regard.

Came with new build we purchased. Very nice design , works well.

The cycles are long and takes forever to finish compared to what I had before. Does a descent job cleaning but I don't think it is any better.

The dishwasher worked fine when it worked, but within 4 months of using it the latch to the door stopped working properly. Just today the door popped open while the dishwasher was on. Hopefully the warranty covers and they will address this properly.

I bought a new house with the dishwasher already installed. It has wonderful features, easy to use and looks wonderful in the house.

This dishwasher came with the brand new house we bought and is the worst one I have ever used. If you don't mind your dishes still dripping wet when they are done washing and it to just stop in the middle of the wash then this is the dishwasher for you.

I hate the way you open the dish washer. You can not grab it. Very very hard! I can believe people have not brought it because of that.

Great dishwasher that is quiet and effective, cleans dishes effectively.

It works well. I've had models that were quieter, but this gets the job done! There is an issue with warping of the interior frame creating difficulty with keeping the door closed but this was fixed easily with a 1x1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was installed by the seller of the home I purchased. The eco mode is quiet but the regular mode is a bit too loud. Not sure if it is the product I am using or the dishwasher but it seems to leave a residue on the dishes sometimes.

My dishwasher is a year amd a half old and already the door opens further than it should. It's difficult to close and very loud. It clogs constantly and dishes often have to be rewashed. It came with my house as part of the brand new 4 piece appliance suite. I have not been impressed (with any of the 4 appliances) and will not be buying another Frigidaire appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this dishwasher for a couple of months and it already has rust on the dish racks. I have cleaned it diligently and even used dishwasher cleaners but that hasn't seemed to helped any. I bought this to replace a 10 year old machine, which worked a lot better and didn't rust. It also does not seem to wash the dishes very well.

I have put some really dirty baked on glassware in it and they came out perfectly clean. My old unit would have left some of behind for me to scrape off and re-wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is difficult to get excited about dishwashers, but this model is really quiet and has a short wash cycle. These are the two factors that I think make a great dishwasher. It is also easy to operate and looks great under the counter.
