Nicely built, sturdy for a sump pump for my crawl space. Drilled 48 holes 3/8 size. Cheaper than elsewhere.

Sturdy and well made. Reasonably priced.

Bought the basin, lid, and one-way check valve to upgrade a window well drainage system. Excellent items were received. Will have to wait until early spring when ground isn't frozen to install.

I was skeptical this would even be delivered within 48 hours, but The Home Depot came through :⁠-⁠)... Drilled 42 holes, wrapped with filter fabric and set in the ground... Rain coming in 12 hours... Tested with a hose and the sump pump works. Yet to see what the infiltration rate is and how the system works, but I'm hopeful :⁠-⁠)

It would be nice if there were knock outs for pipe in it or pipe collars/gaskets for it when you core a hole to hold the pipe and for foreign material not to be able to enter.

HOME DEPOT needs to correct a problem, I have already called it in to a few employees, I hope it get rectified. The lid for this basing listed in "frequently bought together" is a Jackel lid and DOES NOT FIT THIS BASIN, it is NOT 18" wide, it is larger 21". DO NOT BUY THE JACKEL LID FOR THID BASIN... otherwise, great basin!

I purchased this basin to be converted into a drywell for rain water from a small garage. It is extremely strong, but lightweight. Drilling and cutting is very easy. The lid I needed was not available at the store, so it was ordered on line.

The sump basin was perfect. Dimensions were on point.

The TOP that’s advertised people also bought this DOESN’T FIT THE BASIN .

I would have not returned it if I did not needed it but it was definitely good quality construction !!!
