Burns through fuel fast!!! It’s thin metal you get more heat on the outside than in.need gasket tape to seal door and some RTV to seal the smoke chamber.just not wort the money.you get what you pay for.I won’t make that costly mistake again on a smoker

It's a great smoker and it keeps in the heat really well only problem I have is with heating box the tray need to be able to come out farther to be able to put in more charcoal without falling on the ground

Great smoker for the price. Used a heat gasket maker on the fire box to hold the heat but other than that this smoker holds the temp and food comes out great

We own the dyna glo barrel off set smoker and love it so we though we would add the one to our little collection however it is the worst smoker out there, as soon as you shut the the door the fire goes out no matter how open everything is.

Easy to put together works great

I would recommend this smoker. at this price point it is well worth the money. And with a little sealing it is top notch for outdoor smoking in moderate to cool outside temperatures. The walls are a little thin so you would want a thermal blanket to help hold in heat if using in a very cold environment. (below 40 degrees outside) Easy to assemble, Only minor leakage at top back of main smoke chamber and around thermometer in front of door. Slight leakage around firebox door. all leaks were easy to seal using high temp FDA caulk and thermal gasket for smokers. Racks are easy to move. Racks hold well when pulled out to place or remove meat. Firebox might be a little small, requiring more monitoring during long sessions. The ash pan is easy to deal with, but can stick a little when placing the tray back in firebox, but nothing that a little wiggling cannot remedy. Adding additional wood or charcoal is simple, but make sure the ash pan is pulled out first or that there is nothing flammable below the firebox door. Hat embers will fall don when pulling out the fuel box and adding more.

This product was amazing. It holds smoke and hat like a custom made smoker

A nice upgrade from a small circular vertical smoker. Coal box is much more accessible without losing heat in the cooking chamber. Was easy to assemble. I put the legs on concrete slabs on the patio which raises it and makes the coal box even more accessible and prevents rust on patio. Nice seal on door. Latches on cooking chamber a bit inconvenient, the latch on the coal box very easy to use.

We’ve used it 3 times so far and returning it. Leaks smoke out of every crease. One of the latches is broken. The thermometer never seemed to work properly. The inside looks like it’s melting?

The firebox is rather small for the size of the cook chamber hence needing frequent feeding of the fire. Also the airflow is not the best forcing me to leave the fire box door cracked open often which presents other problems. Not bad for the price but I would not buy again
