Tried cutting aluminum channel on screen room. Cut for 3/4” then would not cut any more. Gave up on dremel

Was used to cut a seized bearing outer race by making one cut through and collapsing the old bearing. Cut nicely. Hopefully is still good for another use.

This bit struggled to cut a smooth line through aluminum, had to use a reciprocal saw instead.

Very good tool. Just make sure you don't overheat the cutter or your work piece. Make sure you wear safety glasses and proper clothing. This thing will shed a lot of metal.

perfect for helping out drilling broken bolts on a outboard motor

In my experience, this is a great bit for cutting metal. I used it to cut out a trailing arm bushing from my vehicle and it preformed great. I was certain it would be destroyed, but hardly looks worn.

I dropped the item on my kitchen floor and it shattered into three pieces it was unusable.

Works great for drilling and small machining needs.

I am using this to enlarge some slots in steel plates. I have it installed in a standard drill and it cuts so quick and EZ. Sure beats trying to grind them out with a grinding stone .

This worked well on the stainless steel console panel on my boat. For stainless steel work you gotta pay for the right bits.

This bit did exactly what I wanted. Thanks to it’s size, I was able to get it into the super tight space that a bit for a die grinder wouldn’t fit.
