These bits will cut ANYTHING: stainless steel, regular steel, brass, wood you name it, including Superman's kneecap. I highly recommend this product as a locksmith that uses these to trim strikes on a regular basis.

Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review. I used this on one of my carving projects. It really does a great job on wood. I haven't really done any carving out of metal, but I wanted to see how it held up working with metal. I have a few pieces laying around the shop and so I just drilled some holes to see what it would do. It eats away at metal good also. I would buy this bit again.

I am a locksmith and use these tools to "adjust" lock strikes where doors have settled or were not installed properly. These tools last for years and will cut almost anything, including stainless steel. If you have a tough material to cut or anything less, this tool will do the job.

I have used this bit for making holes in my ceramic pots. Have also used it for carving designs on these pots. Great bit to have.

Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review. I tried this out on some bone and on some Brazilian cherry wood. It worked well on the bone. It was only fair on the Brazilian cherry; but then a lot of tools don't work well on that. With some adjustments to the speed I kept the burning of the work down.

Chewed through the steel garage door rail quickly. Seemed exactly as sharp afterward. I believe this is genuine tungsten carbide. I had read some reviews on other sites from people who seemed to be getting generic, inferior products. This came sealed in Dremel packaging, but the real test was in the using it and it passed with flying colors. Glad I bought from Home Depot.

It worked really well, the problem I had was that I had to cut out some fairly deep threads.

Love how it eats away metal helps a lot only thing is that got to wear goggles and gloves. To much metal shavings but other than that it's a good way to spend money

IT DID NOT LAST IT ONLY LAST LIKE 1 HOUR FOR ME I WAS MAKING A HOLE BIGGER ON A BUMPER BRACKETS. IT BROKE ON ME : (

The tool wore out quickly cutting wall tile. Used three and all failed. Had to use a diamond cutting blade on 4” grinder to cut the wall tile.

I used it on a car frame to install a hitch. It worked as expected.
