Hurrah for Delta!
I installed this faucet at a friends house so my review is from the installers’ standpoint. Let’s see now… On the box it states: ”Assembled in the USA with domestic and foreign components. Hassle-Free Installation. Longer Lasting. “ Hurrah for Delta, it appears they have made no mistakes here as this is a very heavy duty and well-made faucet. It did cost just a bit more than the Chinese imports but the quality difference appears to be worth it. As stated, the installation was truly “Hassle-Free” and well thought out. This has to be one of the easiest kitchen faucets that I have ever installed! The bigger job here was removing the old kitchen faucet and sprayer. As to the “Longer Lasting“ statement, only time and use will tell. However, as with most any manufacturers’ warranty, Delta requires a copy of your purchase receipt for any warranty claims. To make finding this receipt years later, I staple the purchase receipt on the inside cover of the manufacturers Installation/Owners Manual and file it away.

    Unbelievable!!!!!
I purchased this faucet based on the recommendations of several people: my plumber, my uncle (who is a plumber) and a couple of the representatives from Home Depot. I had been looking at a couple of different faucets and doing the research on them as well and to be quite honest, this was not on my original list. However, based on the reviews, the Cicero won out. Just so you have an understanding of the person writing this review, I'm a female who keeps her nails done every two weeks as well as my pedicures. I believe I should have on some type of make-up (even if it's just a foundation and power) and my hair done when I step out the door, however, I also believe I can do the majority of my home improvements with a little help from my brother (muscles) and the internet (knowledge). With that being said... It took me two hours to put in this faucet (I took my sweet time) and this includes removing the old faucet (which took the majority of the time). The instructions are incredibly simple and easy to follow. The hardest part of this installation was being under the sink itself. The pressure this faucet gives is unbelievable!!!!!! It looks absolutely beautiful (and I was doubtful about the color nor was I looking for this style of faucet). I'm so happy I went with this choice instead of the "A.S. faucet" I started to purchase. I have read that this faucet tends to drip after a couple of months, but honestly, with the warranty Delta has on its products, I can't much happier than I am now. My next project is changing out my stainless steel sink and I will be re-installing this faucet. During that time, I'll comment on whether I've had any problems with the Cicero.

      Delta Cicero
It worked fine for the first 4-6 mos. but thereafter the button to switch the type of flow from normal to spray and back became difficult to switch. Also, after moving the switch position from spray to normal flow, the outer spouts were dripping in addition to the standard flow setting. I wouldn't ever buy this design again.

The faucet is good, installation was easy (the hard part was removing the old faucet and soap dispenser). The faucet is big, it's larger than we expected. It makes quite a loud noise when the water is flowing, you can't know that when you see it in display or online. The lever movement is restricted, it goes up and down and a little bit to left and right, it doesn't rotate freely left and right, it's less convenient.

          Ugh
I bought this faucet as a much needed update to an otherwise old house. The other faucet it replaced was a Delta also and must have been there for the entire 60 years. After some effort, it came out. I bought another Delta because it still worked flawlessly! Anyway, I bought the first one and it was missing the locking bracket to hold the main hose to its reciever. After I returned it and got another, it went right in. Some things to think about with these types of models. First, if you have a thin surface to put it on, like stainless, you need to build it up with something a little beafier as the metal flexes really bad under the leverage from pushing up and down the handle. I used a piece of composite so it wouldn't rot away after a while. Second, the nuts that hold it to the countertop in the first place come loose constantly. You need to jam something in the threads or get some locktight. My second faucet after a while actually tuned in on itself and jammed together! Unreal. I took the entire thing apart and can find no aparent reason for why this would happen. After reaasembling it, I called the company. At this point I would give it a 1. However, Delta sent a new one no questions asked as they said it was defective. Their customer support is why I would buy this and not another brand. Delta is usually flawless in all the faucets I have installed, some installation coming from the main water inlet to the house. If you ogo with another brand, you really are taking it at your own risk. Take the support-in this case, a competing model was 20 bucks cheaper. I think I made out significantly! That is why I gave it a 4.

            Kitchen Faucet
My husband and I spent over 4 hours of research in the store and on-line to figure out what brand of kitchen faucet to buy. We got 4 different opinions from the employees at the store, and chatted with the customers on the isle as well. Finally the decision was made of a shiny metal faucet and not brushed. The installation was easy, and took no time at all. It was ripping out our old faucet that came with the house that was a major project. So far we have had the faucet 2 1/2 months and love it. And, we love the soap dispenser too! The only thing that someone might not like is if you turn the water on at a certain speed it whistles a little, but we don't really pay attention to it. "I'm just glad to have a working faucet"

Looks good, feels good, good instructions
I've had it 2 weeks. No surprises on installation. The reach of the pull-out is excellent. Spray works very nicely.

                BEAUTIFUL FAUCET
BOUGHT THIS FOR MY NEW KITCHEN TO GO WITH A BLACK SINK. I DID NOT WANT A DARK FAUCET BUT ALSO DIDN'T WANT A "SHINY" CHROME FAUCET EITHER. THIS FAUCET HAS JUST ENOUGH OF EACH. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND WORKS GREAT. I USE IT MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY AND SO DO ALL MY KIDS AND IT HAS HELD UP. OVERALL I THINK IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND WOULD USE AGAIN IF I EVER REMODEL ANOTHER KITCHEN

                  Delta Faucet
I purchased this faucet several weeks ago and it was easy to install with quick connections. The spray feature has a lot of pressure. The wand pulls out nicely and can be used to fill our coffee maker without having to fill jugs and pour it into the coffee maker. I recommend this faucet.

                    looks beautiful and works well
I've been using this faucet for more than a month. The color exactly matches my sink. I had been told by a plumber that Delta is a known brand name of faucets and so I tried it. Speically the cost was reasonable. It's easy to clean without leaving any mark of water or anything.
