The spray holes continuously get plugged up and require frequent cleaning. After a couple of years, some of the spray holes cracked and split so I contacted Delta for a replacement. It was covered by Delta's lifetime warranty, and the free replacement part was sent to me quickly. Two years later, the replacement is having the same problems. In addition, the faucet leaks. I contacted Delta again, and was offered free replacement parts or 70% off list price of a new faucet. I'd rather not deal with another replacement part that will fail in a couple of years. Unfortunately, the new faucet has to be purchased from Delta, which charges almost twice what Home Depot charges, so the 70% off is really not much. Delta should replace my faucet for free since I have had recurring problems with it. I will think twice before purchasing another Delta product.

Hello My 468-sssd-dst delta single handle pull-out kitchen faucet is leaking from the bottom. I have had it less than a year and when we returned from vacation every time we lift the handle it leaks from the bottom where the hoses lead in. Can you offer some help?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed 2 weeks ago. Nice faucet easy to install. First pull out faucet I have owned. Time will tell how it holds up. Although with the lifetime warranty I know delta backs the product.

Like everyone else has said, you cannot remove aerator to clean it. After a little less than a year I now have an inconsistent stream and no way to fix it. Stupid design makes it obsolete after 1 year. Complete waste of money. Stay away.

Only a year old. Good thing the parts that Delta sent me were easy to install.

Had this a little over a year and it started leaking internally. It leaks where the hoses come through the center where you can't reach. Not pleased!

I purchased this product since it had a great design and I am satisfied with the warranty options they give with the Delta Brand. Faucet has worked great.

This is my second one of these Delta faucets.....first was in chrome, this one is stainless steel. And on this one, the water lines were included with faucet.....they say they are strong, but a plumber friend has his doubts! Will wait and see........... Had to replace the first one in less than 10 years as was dripping and nobody could get the set screw loose/out....so no replacing the valve, washers, etc. I was ok with that.....new one went in awesomely easily!! Very impressed.....however it drips a lot before stopping after being used.....I know there is water in line, but I am worried as this is more than I ever saw with the old one after being shut off. I have been able to get it to stop sooner, by pushing down on handle a little harder. So I am being cautious....and will make a final judgment in a few months, after seeing if it is going to leak (I live in California and with the drought that is just NOT acceptable). I like Delta....so am hoping this faucet works as well as the old one, and for a longer time!!! No children or anyone being rough with it!!!!

I had bought this faucet around 2009. The original one started leaking within a few months. I called customer service and shipped the replacement part. Now it lasted 7 years and leaking again. I called customer service and they are going to send another one. Their customer service is great. That is why I only buy delta faucets!

Have had this faucet for 3 years and am TOTALLY in love with it until last when my water started coming out weird. Then durish dishes the next day the aerator just falls off and wouldnt go back in. So now water just sprays everywhere everytime I turn the faucet on and soaks EVERYTHING when I try to do the dishes... Looked online and cant find parts :( Totally bummed.

The Hot water runs good for 30 seconds & then the flow goes to almost nothing.

I have had this faucet for less than a year. It is now leaking. Won't shut off completely in any position. Up until this point I loved the look and performance.

No problems with the installation, and the faucet functions beautifully.

Picked this up to help spruce up my kitchen sink.. Installation was a snap except for needing flange adapters that are hard to find locally. Had zero complaints until tonight when I came home to a leaking faucet. Not only Was the nozzle leaking but also from the handle and apparently down the barrel as my under sink cabinet was flooded. Guess I'll either try to find a cartridge or replace the whole unit which would be a shame as cosmetically the unit has held up great...

We bought this faucet and initially were very happy but just recently the faucet portion popped off the connector portion under the sink. The whole system was wobbling on the sink making it completely useless. We dissected into the problem and saw that the metal connector piece (with continuous treads) that screws into the bottom of the faucet was not secure. We could screw it back in but with just a small amount of manipulation the thing would pop off again. The problem is the section of the faucet (plastic) where the metal connector screws into..... is so thin that there is no strength between the two. Oh, and it seemed that the screws and large washer provided were not stainless steel either. We are not happy with what happened and even more unhappy at how much time we wasted to try to fix it.

I wish the spray options were located under the handle instead on top of handle. I think for the price, it could be a little heavier. It's very light. I like, but not sure if I would purchase again. Very easy to clean.

Love the looks and the feel. Works very well, Only issue I had was that it came missing a component. It was not critical but more annoying.

No problem with assembly and the look is great, however, installed this faucet over this last winter (January 2016) and it just started leaking this past week (June 2016). Leaks from under the handle as well as from within the faucet which ends up in a bucket under the sink. Leaks both hot and cold water. Very disappointed with the quality of this project. We were told by more than one contractor not to purchase our hardware from a big box store, however, the price was affordable. Looking back, I wish we would have listened to the professionals and paid the higher price for a better quality product. Not sure it will be worth replacing bad parts with the same quality parts from Delta. Hoping to get some resolution from the manufacturer on a replacement product.

When we bought this product the package was damaged and we didn't realize that the base gasket was cracked and plate was bent. I immediately contacted Delta via email and told them what I needed and they sent the parts right away and of course free of charge. The only part of the design I'm not sure of, is the button on top to switch the tap from stream to spray. It works very well and I am hoping that it doesn't wear out fast because of the material the button is made of but it's new so time will tell. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. Very happy with the faucet and service I received from Delta!!! Thanks!!!

I own this product for 6 years. The only problem I had (two times), was the button on the handle becoming difficult to change streams. But with Delta's lifetime warranty, and great Customer Service, they quickly replaced the handle both times. For this reason I give them an overall excellent rating,as I love the product - a lot of use and still looks brand new.

This faucet is so much nicer than the one it replaced. It's easy to use, switches smoothly from spray to stream and back, a study feeling hose, and is easy to keep clean.

So far the faucet is wonderful. I hope it last longer than my other faucet. It was a delta too but only lasted 2 years. You no longer make that faucet and I wanted something close to what I had. It is bigger than the other faucet. I love it so far!!!

The parts replacement went very smoothly and fixed the problem entirely.

The look of the product is great. I love the that it will do sprayer or stream. I do have a problem sometimes if the cord is a certain way it will cut the water off.

It's a great faucet. I love being able to pull out for other jobs

Our new Cicero kitchen faucet replaced a very similar Moen product that failed in less than a year. It was easy to install and seems to work very well. I only have one slight negative comment. For the faucet to shut off completely, it has to be exactly centered in the sink or it will not completely shut off. In any other position except the exact middle, when shut off, it runs a bit -- a small but steady stream. Move the handle to dead center and push down a bit more and it shuts off completely and does not drip or leak.

Very good product and mechanics were well thought out by designers for Delta Faucet Company. Parts guaranteed for life. Just keep your model number for future reference. Over a period of time the faucet head needs to have the rubber O-ring changed. No problem if it's a Delta product. Free part(s) replacement, just call them. Thank you Delta. Now when are you going into the refrigerator & stove manufacturing business!

This was good for just less than 2 years and then it developed leaks. Water continues to drip..I was expecting for it to last longer for the price paid for this..

Nice except the hose was missing from the box so we had to pay our plumber even more to run to Home Depot and get one .. annoying. Won't order online again .
