What appears to be a fine, high quality design and that comes at a high quality price is in fact flawed: there is no way to clean the aerator!!! The installation manual should have required a filter before the faucet. Otherwise, the aerator plugs, flow slows to a trickle, and there is nothing you can do to fix it!!!! Stay away from this flawed product.

Only had it a couple of weeks. So far, so good. Like the convenience of button on top of faucet to switch to spray.

High quality construction. Works great. Easy to install with the included long supply tubes and quick connectors!

We installed this faucet when remodeling our kitchen. Today I wanted to clean the aerator and could not figure how to remove the aerator. After surfing a couple of hours decided to read the reviews only to find out you can not take apart and clean. We love the faucet and have had no issues until now. We paid way to much for this if we are going to have to replace within 2 years. Can someone offer any suggestions on another way to solve the issue. Smiley

Over the past 40 years I have always bought Delta. Sadly a few years ago I purchased a Price Pfister that my wife liked the look of. It had problems from about day 7. This faucet is more substantial, and gives me confidence knowing it's a Delta. I'll never wander again!

I bought this faucet several years ago and recently have noticed when filling a cup with water that there are black particles floating in the cup. I took the wand off and found that the problem worsened (obviously, the aeraetor in the wand is doing it's job, even though it cannot be cleaned#. I then took the hose assembly apart and ran water that was collected without passing through the 52" stainless line and VOILA, no particles. Additionally #not to pile on...) the soap dispenser broke within 2 years. The plastic neck on the soap container snapped. I tried several glues / adhesives without any luck. I have lived with this issue, but the black particles are where I draw the line. I can't recommend a product like this that I paid good money for and now is contaminating my water supply. Clearly an inferior material was used in the adaptor or hose that is breaking down after use.

I see other reviewers are haveing the same problem.

When we had to replace our kitchen faucet we kept looking fo a white one and were not able to find one. We were not sure how a chrome one would work, but we are very pleased with this selection.

The faucet was very easy to install and works great. I especially like the button on the end of the spout which switches the water flow fro stream to spray. Using the spray to function apart from the actual faucet is quick and easier that if it were in the normal place next to the faucet. The soap dispenser is very handy and convenient.

I wanted something with a little height but not the big curved arm. This one fit the bill perfectly and with the choice of spray or stream and removable arm, this item just is perfect in this location. The non-spotting surface always looks good and the additional setup for the soap dispenser keeps one more bottle from sitting around on the counter top. We love it and know we made a wise choice after searching quite a few options. Thank you for a great product.

When comparing all the kitchen options, this Cicero faucet was a fantastic value for the price. Now a couple months later, we still love it. Was easy to install (and I'm not a great handyman at all!) it is very well made, and looks great and matches the other stainless appliances we have very nicely! I highly recommend this...

I love my new faucet. We had to replace our old faucet which was leaking and very cheaper. We decided on this one for the style, quality, name and the price. We just love it.

Love the spray feature for getting the extras off dishes quickly and makes rinsing a breeze, almost seems like it saves water as opposed to a continuous stream of water. The wife loves it... need I say more?

It has a very strong spray and that is important to me and it also has nice flow.

I love it! The faucet has a higher arch than our old faucet; we didn't add the soap dispense due to a water filter system. Hopefully we can replace the sink itself so we can add the soap dispenser.

Just about 5 years installed and the only issue is the valve shaft broke where the set screw installs against it. I ordered a new valve for it before I realized it had a lifetime warranty (not sure if installing contractor left me paperwork). Other than that it just needs a "firm" close to ensure it doesn't drip.

Love the product. It was eay to install and very convenient in its use. Makes clean up a breeze!

This faucet works great until you need to remove the aerator to clean it. Guess what...it's not serviceable . Delta is nice enough to include an aerator wrench though. This is just a smoke screen that makes you think that you will be able to remove the aerator for cleaning or replacement. It is at this point that you will need to purchase a new wand. Or you could purchase a faucet that is serviceable. If it weren't for the trouble and labor cost, I would return it back to Home Depot now.

I have seen my friends have them and wanted one. I have a rental so when the faucet broke I looked for something in the clearance isle. Found this one and put it in. Love it! I use the spray but my husband likes the stream better. We both love that we can pull it to clean and fill pots easier. Just a note: the weight on the hose so it goes back in may be a bit heavy to start. It does get better with use.

I purchased this faucet on Christmas Day at homedepot.com as mine broke and was completely unusable. When we got it home, it was much more visually pleasing than the photos online. It is plastic, but until you touch it, you would never know. The handle works well, but when pulled out and turned a particular way, water pressure decreases because the hose is a meshy type metal instead of coiled metal and kinks cutting of water flow. On the upside to that, it will last for a much longer period of time when compared to other hose materials and designs. Unless you are hard on appliances and take no care in them, this one will hold up just fine. It looks great and we are definitely pleased.

This is a throw away faucet. Do not spend the time installing this - you can't replace the aerator. I can't even believe it when I found out...pure junk. Now I need to replace the whole faucet again unless I want to purchase the wand (with a $5.00 aerator) for $100.00. Delta - this is a JOKE right? Home Depot - you see other reviews on this?? Works fine until you need a new aerator. Pull this from your shelves! Had I known I would NEVER had purchased. Very upsetting.

After coming to this site to see how to remove the aerator, I now realize my mistake of not reading this sooner. The aerator cannot beremoved to be cleaned, and this faucet is way too much $$$ forthis nonsense. I too would liketo be e-mailed and sent the part to replace the aerator. Thank you. I'veonly had this faucet a couple of months and disappointed now.

Great faucet. Easy to install and easy to use. After 2 month of using it the water pressure start to be slow and start to leak by the shower head. The aerator gets clog and can't be remove. Delta is aware about that and suggest to dip in with water and vinegar to dissolve the dirt, however still the water pressure is low. I am taking it out to return it
