Like other reviewers, my faucet worked great for about a year, until the particulates in the municipal water system clogged the aerator. Now I have significantly lower water pressure coming out of the faucet and, evidently, no way to remove and clean the aerator. Knowing this design flaw, I would not recommend this fixture to my friends and colleagues, as they would eventually face the same problem.

I like the design & looks. I was disappointed that i had problems with sprayer malfunctioning. But was happy with the way your employee handled it.

The faucet is great all around, but it has developed a leak when handle is fully down in the off position. You have to lift the faucet and 'search' for a position where the flow fully stops. Any advice on this problem would be appreciated.

My plumber suggested this faucet and I bought it, sight unseen! Works great...nice design almost makes it the focal point of the kitchen...I highly recommend this.

We cannot control hot and cold water easily. Unless the lever is in exact position, Water does not shut down in any position. It has to be a specific position.

Had a defective wand, Delta replaced it by mail. Very satisfied with service.

This was a replacement for my Delta faucet. I was contacted by three representatives from your Consumer Response team. A representative named Kyle read about my situation and ordered a complete replacement. I am very satisfied with this faucet and would have no problem recommending Delta products in the future.

I don't like it because I can not remove the aerator to clean it.

Bought for my laundry tub and works great. Kind of chinsy for a Delta, but affordable and quite functional.

This product was easy to install and it looks good. But The spray unit drips after you use it for a few minutes and when you rotate the faucet it squeaks.

Bought this today after reading reviews. Installed easily like a dream. Faucet is heavy and has few plastic parts. Water supply lines already attached is a nice bonus. No leaks on first test. Looks great

I had this delta kitchen faucet since 2007.. The problem started with a loose handle first, then noticed leaking from the head, then my pull out sprayer disconnected.. I called delta they replaceced whatever parts were wrong(be honest ,excellent customer care and shipping services and its free, but need original receipt though)..then all the problems were fixed for few months, Now what? New leaking from the bottom of the faucet and whole kitchen cabinet was damaged....whatelse u need more than this.. called plumber he removed the unit , see what.. the copper pipe from the faucet which connects the water line broken...no water in the kitchen.. Now looking at the fedex tracking page for the new parts from delta... thanks delta for all this, but I do appreciate the good customer service

This faucet was installed in March 2009, and since then I have had to replace the valve assembly twice; the first time being only 3 months after installation, second time being 18 months later. The problem has always been that the faucet does not shut off properly. At first, playing with the handle gets the water to stop, but after a while longer, this no longer works, and the valve assy needs to be replaced. I have also had trouble with the wand, where the switch between flow and spray was very difficult to push. Replacing the wand fixed this problem. So far, all parts have been replaced at no cost to me under Delta's lifetime warranty. Had it not been for the warranty, I would have replaced the entire faucet by now; with another brand/type. To sum it all up, this is a nice looking faucet, but cannot withstand normal use, as it is constructed of poor quality plastic parts. I do not recommend this model.

The instructions were very clear and everything went together well. We are very happy with the quality of the faucet and it is Made in USA too!

The soap dispenser broke after only a few months. No big deal. BUT, the handle keeps breaking - the inside parts. The only way to shut it completely off is to push it up and to one side. We have had to rebuild the faucet 3 times in 5 years because Delta won't honor the warranty without the original receipt (kitchen contractor kept it or lost it).

We purchased this Delta faucet several years ago to replace another that had lasted about 10 years. The new Delta, which looked nice and installed without too much trouble, quickly developed problems, and we had to replace it within 2 or 3 years, much earlier than anticipated. The main problems included: the button for using the spray feature became stuck and impossible to use; leaking at spray button; and the faucet dripped unless you positioned the handle in exactly the right spot to shut off the water. We also had problems with the long spray hose catching on our water supply valves. Although this occurred primarily due to poor placement of the valves under the sink, the weight attached to the hose contributed to the problem by pulling the hose in unexpected places. At any rate, I decided not to give this product a 1-star rating because our use of the faucet certainly qualified as heavy, and we have very hard water in our area. Perhaps under light usage and good water conditions this Delta faucet would perform better, but the faucet would benefit from a redesign as well.

This faucet was easy to install and had all necessary hardware. I replaced our old faucet in about 30 minutes. The only issue I have with it is the color. I wanted a white one to match the sink but the only finish I could find was chrome. As long as it functions well the color isn't that important. I have had this faucet for several months and it works great.

I am happy with the faucet but the finish shows all the water spots and the soap disenser is hard to fill.

After installing this faucet about 1 year we have been living with it dripping from drips to slow running water. We have to play with the handle to get the dripping to stop. I bought this faucet thinking that Delta would be a better quality than other products and would work without probems for years. Was I wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!

I love my new Delta faucet. I had a moen previously and it was awful to try to fix when I had a leak. The parts were not easily accessable. That's why I purchased a Delta. I got reviews from people that have Delta faucets and they were happy. My plumber also said Delta was a good faucet and parts were easy to get. He said "it's idiot proof to install and repair." I can't say enough how happy I am with this faucet.

I bought this one to replace a 10 year old faucet. Taking out the old one was the hard part, I had to borrow a basin wrench to get the job done. It took me about an hour. I was going to buy a fancy pull down faucet, but this one was a great value and I am VERY satisfied. It is light, swivels easily, operates very smoothly, nice water flow, ergonomic, no kink hose, works well, and I got it completely installed in less than 15 minutes. I needed no extra parts, everything is included and buttoned up nicely, no leaks or problems. I highly recommend it!

Everything is very good with this thus far. The connection is a bit loose but the person who installed it said that had to do more with the construction of the counter top and not anything to do with the faucet.

I replaced the 10 year old Moen for another Moen - but found that the newer Moen was subpar on hardware and stability - overall it was cheaply constructed and sat terribly. Returned to store and exchanged for this Delta model: Cicero - solid feel, well constructed, good hardware and stability. Looks great. I had forgotten how good Delta is! The hardware holding the faucet to the sink is well made and installs solidly without it moving and slipping as I found with so many other manufacturers, hence I returned them all. The deck plate, or base plate which I needed, came with shanks and its own locknuts, excellent - this by itself is a great feature that many of the other manufacturers eliminated - it helps stabilize the faucet to the sink. The mounting nut and washer are well made and secured the faucet to the deck plate and sink - a perfect marriage. Love it! Delta!

It was easy to install, and functions as expected. I really like it as it looks new and fancy.

Very easy to replace old faucet with this one. No need to buy water hoses as this one comes with ones that are already attached. It is also nice that there is no copper making it a lot easier to fit through the hole in the sink. Very easy to tighten down the faucet to the sink compared to the old models. Looks like they are finally making products user friendly.

well I had just written a review, The problem was the sprayer head had come off in husbands hand, after waking up this morning and looking at problem, it was not a big problem . the hose just had to be brought back up through and then reconnected and tightened., Now it is just like new and i do love it just make sure when installing it you tightened everything good. because after pulling out and using it just loosened it hope this helps

I would have given this zero stars if possible. We were pleasantly suprised on the ease of installation but when a product quits working after 6 DAYS it does not matter. We are returning this morning. :(

I replaced the Kohler faucet that came with my house. It was squeaky and stiff. This Delta Faucet works flawlessly and has a quality feel to it. I installed it myself in 30 minutes. Would have been a few minutes faster if I did not have to remove the teflon tape from the threads on my house valve. You do not need any thread tape. The supply lines are a smooth plastic, which helps the sprayer hose keep from getting caught up on anything on the way up or down. The weight slides up and down easily to keep the hose free to move in and out easily. Pressure is excellent and the hose is very long. I'm really pleased with this purchase and think it is a great value!
