The electric log set is realistic and the heater works great. I am very happy with it and really like having several settings and a remote.

Fun to use and pretty

With our temperatures dipping to freezing these past few nights having the firelight glowing with temp set has been awesome. I'm Loving my purchase !

nice unit, I like the remote and 3 levels of light. The heater is warm and has high and low levels also. Squint your eyes and it looks "real"

fits perfectly in our wood burning fireplace. Don't like burning the wood or cleaning up after it. This gives us the same atmosphere and better heat- Its doesn't all go up the chimmey. We just needed to place in up on some blocks that we will paint black.

I love it. I have a wood burning fireplace and I never use it because it’s to much work after I get home from work. Now I just use the remote to turn it on and adjust the temperature. It keeps my living room nice and warm and the flickering of the flames makes it so relaxing.

Wish the power cord was less stiff and more pliable so it would be easier to hide.

It's Ok for the price. The look of the flame in a fireplace is fairly realistic, but I didn't realize that the controls on the front light up red when using making is even more obvious it's electric. It doesn't put out much heat either, I have an infrared space heater that looks like a small wood stove that is much more warming.

Exactly what we wanted ; the look, the heat, and fan noise; all are to our satisfaction.

We just plugged it in and it works great. It isn’t going to fool anyone into thinking it is a fireplace, but we put a screen in front of it and it does the job in our basement keeping it warm while I work down there due to Covid. Exactly what so expected for the price.

The hearth is everything I thought it would be. I'm very glad I purchased it.

It was easy to set up and works great.

It fit perfectly and keeps our small living room warm and cozy.

The fire effects look real. The heater works really well, will heat up the room in no time. My only complaint is that after the heater runs for about 10 mins, it starts making a growling sound that comes and goes. If I turn the heater off it will continue to make that sound for a little bit, I guess until it cools down. Overall I am really happy with it.

I love this log set. It looks great in the fireplace and it looks like a real fire is on. I've had it for a month and use it often. It is very relaxing just to have it on. I would recommend. I wish I had purchased sooner.

This fireplace was so easy to install and it looks beautiful. Just like the company pictured it. I highly recommend this item.

Was not happy with it at all. Back round flames really looked fake face. Just cheap. Make to loud of a humming noise.

Does a really good job of heating our family room so the heat pump doesn’t work so hard. Looks good. Flame effect is good. We love it. Grandkids think it’s real.

Did not heat as well as expected

It doesn't throw off a lot of heat, certainly not what it says it does. We stopped turning the heat on and just let the "flames" run, which is nice to look at when you don't have the real thing. The other thing is almost every time we turn it on it makes a loud consistent noise. The workaround is to turn it off and then turn it on right away, then the noise stops. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying nonetheless. Anyway, decent for the cost and it shipped quite quickly, even during the scramble over the holidays.

I would recommend this. The movement of the flames (which is a light projection behind the unit) is a nice feature. The heater seems to work well but I don’t use it so I don’t know about longevity of the heater. The unit makes a low noise but it’s only noticeable if the house is completely quiet. Overall it’s a good value and I would buy again.

It's very nice, gives off a good amount of heat and looks good in the fireplace and not too loud.

Vacuumed out fireplace And set this in on top of grate. Puts out great heat and the flames flicker giving great fire ambiance.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and heating potential of this item.
