Love the look of the fire and the blower warms up the room.

This was a gift to our Priest. His old insert had bitten the dust. He is very happy with this one and has thanked us more than once!

Our fireplace cannot be used until major repairs are made, so we bought this to fill the fire box and add some ambience in the meantime. For the price, this is much better than we were expecting. The flames and coals are quite realistic. Setup and operation are easy. We do notice a faint hum on some settings. Over all, we’re pleased.

the heater didnt last 1 winter stopped working after 4 months. not used regularly.

We don't need much heat here in AZ, so it adds a nice harm feeling to a dark cold firplace!

We are disappointed in this electric log set. It is noisy and does not heat much. Would not recommend or purchase again.

Exactly what we were looking for. Replaced an old fireplace insert in real fireplace. Blows heat but just enough for you to warm your hands or stand directly in front of it. Nice addition to a fireplace not being used.

I love this unit! It was easy to put in place and looks good for a faux fireplace. It puts off a nice amount of heat and creates a nice atmosphere with limited noise. I would buy again.

We love the way the log set looks in our fireplace and it helps to take the chill out of the livingroom.

This is just a wonderful heater. It’s electric and has 5 degrees of heat!! It also has a 3 degree fire look. It’s really pretty and have I mentioned yet that it is remote controlled!!!!! Awesome!!!!!!! It was worth every penny that I spent. It came fully assembled all I had to do was plug it in. Yeah!!!! Thank you again for a wonderful product.

The flames did not look as realistic as another brand I ended up going with. Very bright yellow.

It didn’t put out much heat. It was not what we were looking for. We returned it

I love the “fire”glow, I can definitely feel the warmth from the heat option in my living room. Only downfall is the loud hum when you turn on the heater.

10 / 10. Great effect and handy remote control! Heat works well and it gives a great atmosphere to our existing real fireplace, which we never use! Only negative is wish the cord was longer but that's an easy fix!
