Assembly was easy. Doesn’t put out enough heat.

The look is beautiful, it is smaller than I thought and doesn't give out enough heat, but it does make the atmosphere nice in the room.

VERY PLEASED! Put this unit inside one of my 3 wood burning fireplaces. It looks good, has LED glowing embers, dancing flames, and actually kicks off some heat. I’m very pleased with it and may buy an identical unit for my 2nd floor fireplace - if it will fit. This quick fix is MUCH more cost effective than having the flues relined to be able to burn logs again. The masonry in my 3 flues and chimney are 100 years old and have dangerous cracks, so it would be a fire hazard to burn wood.

Beautiful functional

This was given as a gift to my mom and she's happy and she can be picky with looks. It does look good, rather realistic and the heat it supplies is quite sufficient for the average size room its in. The only negative is the cord snaking out of the fireplace yet its not super obvious but the black cord is against a dark brown wall in our case. Like the remote, simple to use for elderly. Delivery was in two days of ordering so that was great. No issues.

Works well, heats a room well jut not the whole floor

The logs don't look as good as I had expected. The color is too pale, and the flames projected on the back wall of the fireplace are not as realistic as another electric fireplace I purchased earlier. The heater works well enough for a small electric heater, but not enough to heat a moderate room. Still, it adds to the room and presents a cozy fire image. It was a gift to my daughter-in-law, and she is pleased.

The fan does not push the heat out into the room satisfactorily to make the room much warmer.

Looks great, feels even better.

I am CPOD and cannot have real wood logs burnt also I do not care to light gas.

Lovely views of realistic flames; many features that more expensive models do not have; simple to use with the convenience of the remote.

So realistic. Adds a look of luxury to my living room and warmth if needed to the space.

Super easy plug and play. Does not have crackling sound but totally happy with everything else.

For the price this gives a nice cozy look, but the heater is almost non existent. I was hoping it would give a little to the bed from the fireplace--about 6ft, but you can only feel any warmth if you sit right in front of it.

Love this insert! I only gave it 4 stars because I would of loved for the sound of crackling like a real fire but this is really a great buy.

Very nice electric log. Looks realistic, uses very little electricity. I placed this in my working fireplace and it fit perfectly.

Pleasant glow and projection, good heat output for the size. The device should have a timer function, though. It can be connected to a smart plug, but it will lose any prior settings if disconnected from power, as a smart plug would cause.

It was very easy to set up and so far works very efficiently.
