Yes, it’s been working great. It is the right size to get the air flow. We both loved to burn wood! As we’re getting older Are sinuses couldn’t take it any longer. This is a great option

Our Dimplex fireplace insert could not be fixed. So we removed the glass and the log set, put a black tile under this new one and replaced the black frame over the front of it. It actually looks better and functions better than the original one. Love it!

It has a humming sound as the fans run but I love this product. It’s very calming in the background. I stuck it into my wood burning fireplace and kept it on top of the grate. Looks really nice. Very happy with the purchase.

It's great as expected. Beautiful in my old wood fireplace. Much cheaper than a converter. Although, doesn't give much heat as I thought. Overall, it adds warmth to my space aesthetically.

I want to give it a 5 star because it looks beautiful! Better than I imagined. It also heats the room well. Sadly the reason I am giving it only 4 is because after using it for a week for 2 hours a night (mostly just the fireplace lights not the heater) it has started making a pretty noticeable noise when on. Fingers crossed it doesn’t get worse because I love having it on at night. And we have only had it for a few weeks.

Fits perfectly in our fireplace. Looks great and throws adequate heat. The delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. And the price is right! We have been using it for at least 3 months and are very satisfied with this product! We highly recommend this product!

Great fireplace insert . Does exactly like it is described . Love the ambience light it gives by a switch of the button . Super quiet and when using the heater can only hear the fan but not loud . I recommend this , you won’t be sorry . Very well packaged and delivered promptly

We put it in our living room fireplace because we didn't want to deal with wood and ashes anymore and it looks great. Much more realistic than other brands. However, it does not give off quite as much heat as we had hoped for. We will probably get another for one of the smaller rooms.

Very easy to install We love it

I am very happy with my purchase. The fireplace insert work wonderfully. I look at my Thermostat it moved over 4 degrees really fast. It heats very well downstream in family fairly large square footage and felt very comfortable. It looks real too, especially the flame ambers the fan on it fairly quiet, not too loud and it was already put together all you have to do is take it out the box, put into your fireplace and turn it on also comes with very small remote. I am really happy with my purchase. I say give it a try. Also, you can run it without the heat only the flames. Thanks

Easy, peasy, it warms my livingroom well, love the effects. Could have used a lil more red to the flames but over all, love it

Works well for heat and effect l but the motor for the light action is extremely loud and cannot be turned off. Will get us through this winter, then to the dumpster it goes.

The logs were just what I wanted. The remote does not work. I changed the battery and still doesn't work. That is a bummer. But the logs look great.

Very realistic. Nice size. I put a light colored background insert in back of fireplace. Flame looks much more realistic. Very pleased. Showed some friends of mine and before I said anything they thought it was real. Heater works well too. Probably won’t use it that much. Remote control with the 3 levels of flame works awesome. I would recommend this to anybody.

The heater doesn't produce much heat at all. It has a nice look to it though. Fit perfectly into an old brick mantel. I wish it was warmer.

BEST FAKE FIREPLACE EVER, and I know because Ive bought all three types, the glass-backed, the glowing embers only, and this. This model projects the flames onto the back of your fireplace so flame height can be made larger or smaller depending on how close or far you place it to the back of the fireplace. Remote makes it easy to use. Cannot comment on heater since I live in warm climate and never use. Am very happy with this purchase. Find the video of it in action for better idea of how it will look. A happy warm fire-affect makes home very cozy. RECOMMEND

Looks real very good decor lol ...not a good heat resource..but m very happy with my purchase i already had a fireplace build in frame with chimney I just placed it inside and it looks great in my family room thanks Home Depot for in time delivery

I like this unit. It gives off a fair amount of heat. But best of all, it gives the room the ambience I love. The only thing I really DON'T like is the little row of bright red lights on the lower right front of the unit that indicate the settings for heat and flame. They are very distracting and announce at a glance that the unit is fake. I am going to try to cover them with black tape and hope that doesn't affect the function.

After a long trial with my gas log vent-free fireplace, I decided to switch to electric and debated long and hard over what unit to purchase for my fireplace. I could not be more pleased with my choice! This is a very inexpensive option (relatively speaking) for someone who wants the warmth and ambiance of a fire without dealing with gas or the massive clean up of a wood fireplace. You likely won't fool anyone into thinking you have a "real fire" burning in your fireplace, but this gets the job done and honestly doesn't look bad for the price. Nice warmth in my small living room and not too noisy (the noise is white noise, like a heater fan would make). And it could not have been easier to take it out of the box, plug it in, and immediately start enjoying it! I definitely recommend this for an affordable heating option. The ONLY drawback is that if the power goes out, so does the fireplace.

Item came ready to use right out of box..Fit good in my fireplace(haven't had a fire in it for 30 yrs). Used remote to turn it on..But it's still to hot to really test it out..

No heat comes off it unless you sit directly in front of it.

Bought first one 5+ years ago. It's quiet and gives the right amount of heat (adjustable) and looks really nice. Suddenly only could turn on manually. Loved everything about the fireplace so bought a new one. Tried the new remote on the old one and it worked. So bought an additional remote. Now we have a spare new fireplace for if/when the older one finally gives out.
