If you have to deal with staff from millwork, avoid Matt at all costs. He is rude and disrespectful. The manager on duty was a pleasure to work with.

Every employee smiled, clean store, and has everything I need.

I actually was going to rent something and ended up buying something else that was much more helpful suggested by the tool rental employees. And the checkout cashier Robert was very helpful and informative. Overall an excellent experience.

I went into Home Depot to see their choices of wood/fauxWood blinds. Susan assisted me with my visit. After discussing the advantages and disadvantages as well as my specific needs, the choice of beautiful 2.5 faux wood blinds was simple. I placed my order, arranged for measurements to be taken and now await installation. Thank you Susan for taking the difficulty out of this step in decoration my condo.

I use this store for all my needs for tools and some supplies. All the employees are great!

Catherine in paint department was very short and rude and refused to acknowlege that my complaint was worth her time. I took it to Management and Cathy or Kathy showed me what customer service is supposed to be!

Choosing carpet, buying it, scheduling it to be installed, measured, and all of the feedback was like clockwork. Fabulous!

If you ever go there the shop for appliances make sure you deal with Iris, comma she is friendly and we'll go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Yvette is also another awesome employee there. She's very friendly and helpful too.

It was easy to find someone to help me locate items. Others asked if I needed help if they were nearby. That’s refreshing. At the competitor store, employees look busy & frazzled. Thank you Home Depot for adequate staffing to meet customer needs!

A man got a large walk up ladder and got several flower/planter pots off the top shelf so I could choose a couple that matched.

When I approached checkout area I was happily greeted by a young man by the name, Alex. He was kind enough to scan 10 gift cards for me. I got my payment receipt and all the gift card receipts. He wished my family blessings. He absolutely made my day by being so pleasant. He is definitely a keeper for Home Depot.

We bought a new washer and dryer, and found when we got home , we were charged for two washers. No answer on telephones, so a drive back to store. However Raul to the rescue resolved the problem.

The two gentlemen in the tool department were extremely helpful with the purchase of a rigid drill and impact driver. As well, Sharid was extremely helpful with checkout!

The customer service reps at this store are wonderful. Both that I’ve worked with have been friendly and very accommodating to my requests. If you are in Winston-Salem, please go to the location on Hanes Mall Blvd…not the one on University PKwy. The customer service experience was night and day different.

The Winston Salem store always have some awesome products in stock. I mostly purchase online, however I do regularly make in store purchases and am always amazed at the wide variety of products on display along with friendly staff on hand to assist. I bought the Bedford sleigh queen bed and it was so substantial and impressive, I had to purchase another, yes I did purchase 2 Bedford sleigh queen beds in one month from Home Depot and everyone loves them.

All the parts were not included with our Maytag dishwasher and nobody cared.
